It's okay, cheap price, good facilities.

The room was hot, the AC wasn't cooling. The bathroom smelled, and the ceiling was full of rats making noise. As a result, I checked out after just an hour, unable to stand it and unable to rest.

The room was dirty, the night security guard was unfriendly and didn't give me a parking card when I entered, the bed sheets were dirty and had lots of stains.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean.

The staff are friendly, but maybe the carpet floor could be mopped or something because the hotel doesn't provide slippers in the room, so the soles of your feet get really dirty and get on the bed sheets.

The room is very comfortable, spacious, and the atmosphere is very nice.

Some of the available glasses are still dirty, but otherwise they are okay.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the surrounding environment is safe.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the wires made it impossible to sleep. The swimming pool had water but was poorly maintained.

The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The only thing that needs to improve is the cafe/restaurant's food.

It was actually good, but the AC was broken when I stayed there and there were limited power outlets in the room... but actually, the hotel was comfortable.

Okay all.. Great.. Superior room is small

The AC is not cold. The blankets and sheets are dirty. The room smells musty. The swimming pool cannot be used. The staff, when asked, cannot explain things properly and are too indifferent. Stayed 4 nights with soap and mineral water as if staying only 1 night.

The room was stuffy, the mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows smelled, and the AC wasn't cooling. For that price, the facilities are lacking.

The room cleanliness is poor and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room during the rainy season... just constructive criticism, hopefully it will be better and taken into account in the future

When I stayed overnight, the bathroom light was out. I should have checked to see if the facilities were working properly.
