Staff were helpful and friendly. The location is close to the Old Quarter, so you can easily walk from the hotel, and it’s also near a bus stop. There are plenty of restaurants along the same street as the hotel. Since it’s located on a main road, it can be a bit noisy, but it also makes it very easy to order and direct Grab cars. The water heater worked well, but the water flow from the shower was a bit weak.

I only spent one night here before my flight back home. The place was near the street food and popular sites in the city. The room is also clean and has a nice window sight. I think I may come back to this hotel if I happen to have another visit to Hanoi.

Saya sangat menikmati pengalaman di hotel ini. Walau agak kecil tapi sangat nyaman. Staffnya sangat ramah. Terima kasih untuk Hanoi asia hotel untuk segalah bantuannya selama kami penginap.

Hotel is very good, the owner madam is very humble. The staff is very humble. The room is very clean. The hotel's position is near the food court. Staying in this hotel is like going back home 🥰. Next time if I am traveling in Vietnam, I will come back to Asia Hanoi Hotel. And thanks to madam for the apple fruit 🥰 and thanks to the staff. 🥰🙏🏻

Everything was good except one thing: the water ran out on the second day of my stay. Nice staffs, good service and good location.

The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and quick to check in. New and beautiful rooms. Decor looks very luxurious. Especially, the lake view is very beautiful and convenient for traveling. Great, nice room, a bit small but just enough

Great service! Shout out to the staff who worked on that day (07.01.2019) because he allowed me to check-in at half past 1 in the morning.
