Normally, hotel room rates include free filtered water, but here, drinking filtered water in the room is charged 15k/bottle. There is no separate shower gel or shampoo in disposable bags, but large bottles that have been used by many people. Even toothpaste is a large tube that has been used.

Central location, near Tan Son Nhat airport, surrounded by many amenities. The room has a view of Cong Hoa street, quite airy. There are 4 bottles of mineral water on the tea table in the room, no price list, I thought like other hotels, the room price was included. Unexpectedly, when checking out, I was charged for 3 bottles of mineral water. 😅Although it's not worth much money, I feel very dissatisfied with the service.

The room is spacious as pictured, however the room has a musty smell, the bed sheets are dusty. I asked to clean the room but it didn't help much. The female receptionist had a bit of an unpleasant attitude, this is the first time I've seen a receptionist who is not friendly and unprofessional.
