most unhappy issues are: 1) Noisy (on 1st Jan 2026 the party strong noise after 3am until went downstairs to ask, on 1st Jan nearly 12pm) 2) Hot water in bath room were very low for 2-3 days, even complained several times.

Nice complex, good food

The room was okay, and we were later upgraded to interconnected rooms at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The hotel environment was spotless. I enjoyed my stay overall, but the staff need to be more welcoming, as it was hard to see them smile.

Overall, the property is wonderful, but the staff, particularly the receptionists, are not very friendly. The ladies seem reluctant to do their jobs; they either take an excessively long time to assist guests or, when they finally do help, they often get it wrong. This is my biggest complaint— the resort really needs to invest in friendlier staff. They are unhelpful and seem indifferent to any concerns you might have. Additionally, there was a dining area that was clearly overcrowded, yet they continued to serve breakfast, resulting in a wait of 40 to 50 minutes. You would think they would extend the breakfast hours to accommodate guests, but they did not. The service was just terrible. The customer service was very disappointing.

Had a great time

Friendly and helpful staff, Julian delivered exceptional customer service/leadership skills, he is the man to go to with any queries or enquiries. We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. Large variety of buffet style meals, but my family preferred the a la carte dinner meals. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
