Pet friendly. Quality of rooms poor.

Wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed

Expedia calls this a hotel, but it is a low class motel. The pillows were horrible, the mattress was hard and the towels were stained and frayed. We happened to have our own towels, which made it ok. The only great feature was the cable tv. Overall, very disappointed.

The room was nasty

This is the place you take a one-night stand to. Do not take your loved ones here. Linens need to be burned and replaced with new ones ASAP. I don't even want to know what those stains on sheets, towels and mattresses were. I did enjoy the hot shower with good water pressure. You'll need it after sleeping in those beds. This motel looks great from the outside but once in the rooms you realize it needs to be refurbished as soon as possible. Rooms have no air or heating, only a fan.

We have stayed here before, we had no complaints, we get what we payed for. Just a decent place to shower and rest for a day, that’s about it. But this time the room was awfully dirty, the sheets had stains of what seems like bodily fluids. Nasty.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Also very accommodating for mis mascotas. Has a good restaurant and there's a bakery half a block away.

The rooms at this hotel is very primitive but my needs are simple. However there was no air-conditioning and no fan in the sweltering hot room. I asked for a fan and they said they didn’t have one. I also discovered the Internet did NOT work in the room although the hotel advertised the rooms had Wi-Fi. I tried several things to connect and it didn’t happen. Even in the lobby it was on and off. Wifi is absolutely necessary for travelers! Since I only spent about 10 minutes in the room I asked the front desk if I could cancel. I was told I had to reach out to Expedia. Expedia said I had to cancel with the hotel. It’s pretty clear both parties wanted me to pay for a six day Booking after spending only 10 minutes in a room. This is ridiculous and unethical! I am reconsidering ever working with Expedia again.

History

This hotel's location is decent but everything else is very basic and not in real good shape. You can survive here and it is safe but survive is about the right word.

Good location, very safe parking, clean, the front desk person who did my checkin was very helpful.

The staff was excellent. The room was very good and fresh. Very safe parking. Everything thing a traveler wants. Would stay again.
