Great public transport nearby. Very nice neighbourhood.

Room is clean. shopping center is really close. Wi-Fi is excellent. They have kitchen and washer and dryer in the garage.

The first thing I want to mention is in advertising there are images of property which are not part of rented unit for example in the expedia images of property there are images of ground floor, stair case and upper portion which are not part of rented unit. It gave me an impression that those places will be a shared unit. In reality those are actually under use of landlord . It gives false sense of what renters will be actually entitled to and I know landlords are using it to grab attention of customers. This is a false advertising and should be removed as only those rooms which are actually being rented out should be used in advertising

We had an amazing stay with Anna. Great communication, bedroom completely clean, great furniture, beautiful house and neighborhood, you can walk 1 block to a very nice restaurant and just 5 min walk to metro town. I absolutely recommend staying here, we appreciate your attention and kindness Anna

I liked Metrotown was walking distance. I liked the quiet neighbourhood. The mother and daughter were very friendly. I required a late checkout and it was granted easily. The internet was fast. I had a hard time watching the tiny 32” tv when I was laying in bed. They should consider a 55” and have it wall mounted up a bit higher. Overall I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend any guests from out of town to stay here.

Ok. This is the most important review you’ll need about this property. I am going to be completely honest. I would stay here again, under the condition that I had earplugs. If you want to sleep in and somebody else doesn’t. You will know they didn’t want to sleep in. Every movement you make, your neighbors hear it. If you fart, they will know it. The doors are very loud, the wood floor does nothing to help with sound. It is a very nice accommodation and the bed was extremely comfortable. But I was awakened by all The movement from my neighbors and I did not have earplugs. There is a bit of a convoluted code locked door to get in as well. Also, parking is on the street, not behind the fence. All that being said. All of that being said. I would stay here again. I did not have a bad stay and things that could’ve made it better were within my control. So take it all to heart. Again,very comfortable beds and great location within walking distance to downtown Burnaby and the mall and other shops.

The room is spotless

We enjoyed are stay at a yang house. It was quiet and safe neighborhood. Very convenient area close to Metrotown and skytrain. The room is well maintained, clean and all the amenities we needed are there. Host is very nice and friendly too. Floor is heated and water is quick to warm up so right after our long day of walking and exploring, it was a relaxing feeling going home. I recommend this place for its affordability, quality of the amenities, room space, friendliness of the host, and convenient. We definitely are coming back the next time we visited Vancouver again.

Clean room

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Anyang house. The location is great and can easily access Vancouver attractions by car. It is also close to the Metrotown mall. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful, immaculately maintained home. The room was quiet and private. Highly recommended.

Very Nice. Quiet, clean, and a safe neighborhood. If you want to get some extra sleep, and feel like you're staying in someone's million dollar home, this is the place. If you want to make some noise, or talk on the phone loud, maybe try a hotel.

We spent 5 nights with my husband at An Yang house. The host Ms. Ann greeted us upon our arrival. She was very nice lady, friendly, helpful & supportive with our needs. The house was beautiful, nice environment. The room was very clean, quite & comfortable to stay. The location was great 10 mins walk to Skytrain, Bus station & shopping mall. We’re happy to stay at An Yang House . I highly recommend An Yang house when you come to visit Vancouver.

This is a really lovely house with a kind and lovely owner who lives in the house. The room was quiet and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

Clean and quite!

They should provide a small table at least. Hang the TV on the wall to provide space since it’s really tight but a table even just a tiny one should be provided because there are 2 chairs.
