Overall the rooms were in good condition and lots of space. I thought the breakfast was a little bit lacking in quality, more so on Monday than on the weekend. The views of the ocean are great from the balcony! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a suite and the room itself was fine. The food served poolside was horrible! The burger was not cooked well and had a strange taste. It was also served with simply the hamburger patty, no bun, and no option to put cheese on it. The seafood chifa left a lot to be desired as well. This food was overpriced for the quality and amount we received. Pool should also be heated for the somewhat cooler days and nights.

The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was better and bigger than I expected.

place was nice but wi fi was not working, they mixed up our reservations and there was constant noise outside either music, construction or just noise from other rooms since the walls were too thin

Great Hotel!!!

The breakfast did not have enough healthy items. And there was alot of noise from carts being pushed around a kids yelling/crying.

Very beautiful. Everyone was very friendly highly recommend.

This stay was a total disappointment. First of all, at check in, the receptionist refused to give me the 20% voucher for food that my status from this site allows, despite showing the proof of eligibility. This is the first time this has happened. Upon reaching out to this site's customer care, they eventually relented but we already felt awkward by then as we were sat in the restaurant. Next, the rooms are SO DIRTY! Ours stank of old stale feet and the bathroom was mouldy (see photos) and the balcony chairs also dirty. The hotel is far from the centre of town and as there isn't Uber it's costly (Peruvian standards) to get taxis to and from. There is however a very nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel pool is great for summertime. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. It's just not a 4 star hotel by any means from our experience.

Well the pool is cold, and no much to enjoy at this hotel other than the bar, but the manager of this hotel limited guests like us to enjoy a beer. No recommended for family with kids or to enjoy with family.
