Good standard of accommodation within 5 minutes’ walk of the old town and palace. The rooms are located on 6th floor of a tower and are of a good size. Bathroom is on the small side but perfectly ok. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is offered at a small café about 50m away and is adequate. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and friendly. A good deal is you’re looking to be close to central Split.

I liked the convenience and cleanliness. Was very basic but met my needs. It was a bit noisy with people coming in late at night with doors slamming.

This was ok, I wouldn’t call it luxury at all.

We loved our stay here! It was clean and comfortable but best of all was the view! It was stunning!!! Ivan was extremely helpful in.guiding us to a delicious local restaurant nearby. We would definitely come back!

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. We went in the day before (we still had a night on a boat left) as such a short walk from the harbour and we were a little unsure on the reception times. Reception were very helpful. Check in day we left our bags there early (rooms were not ready as was before checkout time which was fine) and they gave us our room keys for when we came back after a days activities. Bags were all in the room on return. Was a good rpice compared to similar we found online. As said close to the harbour. Only stayed one night but very good hotel room

Room is big, clean. Have two big bed can sleep 3 to 4. Location is perfect. Walking distances to old town, restaurants and beach. Not a hotel. It is a guest room style.

Great service with beautiful room! Allowed us to store our bags, early room check in, gave us beach towels, let me borrow a phone charger and helped us get a shuttle to the airport. What more can you ask for? Oh yes, easy walking location from the port and to the palace in Split.

I like that it was walking distance to the beach and old town. We didn’t have to hobble and with our luggage. Nice spacious room with great AC.

Ivan and team are running a great place to stay in Split, close to the city centre and all attractions, restaurants etc. The team are lovely to deal with a very communicative. Thanks for a lovely couple of days in Split.

The nicest and most welcoming staff! Ivan walked us in and gave us a map- showed us where the best gelato was & where to get good breakfast. They were super accommodating. We stayed in 2 separate rooms because the sea view was only available for one of our nights - the seaview was beautiful but we honestly LOVED the second one even more! View of the city & palace- absolutely gorgeous. The walkability is perfect. Just a 3-5 minute walk from everything. Paid parking. Only thing is that rooms could've been a bit fresher. Sheets were clean but the rooms smelled a bit dated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel, awesome location. 5 min walk to beach and 10ish to the old town. Staff super helpful and responsive, must call them for parking (so make sure your phone works). Very comfy bed, great ac, fridge, wifi and tv were great for relaxing during the heat wave. Market 1 minute across the street.

Ivan was excellent with communicating with us throughout all aspects of our travel. He was also knowlegable about restaurants and other things in the area. We got vouchers for breakfast down the street and that was also very good. There is a supermarket across the street that we bought drinks, water, and snacks. The Palace and ferry station is within walking distance. There was no need for a car near this hotel.

Wonderful and indeed luxurious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location only a short walk to the Palace and the oceanfront. When we come back to Split again we’ll certainly try to stay here.
