Staff takes long during check in process

Very quiet.

The hotel is located in a gritty part of the city, but a short walk to the Metro. The hotel is drab. The bathroom was good.

Just passing through CDMX and got a room here as it was close to the bus terminal. We checked in late and staff was accommodating. The room was very clean and had black out curtains which was great as I needed to sleep in. Very clean establishment. Would recommend.

Everything was as expected

Hotel ubicado en área lejana a los puntos turísticos, mucho ruido, se nota insegura y las instalaciones son antiguas. Parqueo sin seguridad y muy pequeño.

Surprisingly nice for being cheap and having parking.

Thtoilet was broken they did not fix it until the next day, no iron in the room, The bed was hard, they gave us two pillows, we had to argue withem about getting two more pillows, room service brought us cold breakfast, no microwave in the room. Security told my family member to move the car when it was noticeable that we were having a family conversation. Very rude secuirty. I wil not go back to this hotel

I didn’t like the room next to the stairway it slammed all night. Other than that I love it. It was great for me to rest away from home. Will be staying there again.

Stayed here for one night on 2/1/2020. Expedia's webpage states there is a room safe. There is not. Lighting in the room needs improvement. I was at the end of a hallway and the fire escape doorway was propped open all night. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music until 2:30am Saturday nights. The staff is friendly at this property.

The staff cannot communicate in English, but that is quite common in Mexican Hotels, unless you can spare the bucks for Hilton or Marriott. Google translate was very helpful in this situation. I have booked here at Expedia, but they could not find my reservation, however, they gave me a room for exact the same rate I have booked for.
