They have an issue with the Internet, it was not available most of the time. The air conditioning was intermitent and had to be restarted often. The rooms are small and missing at least a chair and desk.

I stayed only one night. It's a little hidden gem. I guess it's more meant for people coming to the university campus that's right there. But everything was good.

First of all, this is next to a university dorms, so we didn’t have access to the gym, very limited access to the pool or other’s amenities. Because this is for the residents only, what about the guests who paid??? I would not recommend this place nor I will stay here again not even for mistake. A lot of problems with the toilet in our room, elevator not working. Horrible experience at this place.

The place is clean, well kept and the staff pleasant. The problem is they fail to mention in their hotel advertising that they are also dorms for a local university as well as rental apartment units. They spread themselves too thin and customer service for hotel guests suffers. One morning housekeeping forgot to leave towels. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with two pods in the room on the day of check in. They fail to have a notice on the machine or mention at check in that the first two are complimentary and subsequent pods need to be purchased at 25 pesos($1.25US) each.

Would not recommend this hotel. It’s a dorm room. Customer service is non-existent.

Excellent! Great breakfast and service

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The food was really good and has good options. There are dorms for university students on the property, but the students are very respectful.

It’s on a university campus lots of noise and they didn’t specify when you book it it’s basically a university dorms the shower was terrible keep switching between hot and cold water during shower very low stream. Staff was nice bunch of kids in the pool at night with music

Property was quite far from Centro part of Merida but was easily accessible by Uber. The room was small but very clean, the staff didn't speak much if any English but then I don't speak any Spanish. Breakfast was repetitive and not much variety. The pool was very nice as were the grounds. There were a couple of malls nearby which were very nice. When we travel we like to see the surrounding area and attractions and spend a little less on accommodation, on this regard B'S Suites fit the bill.

It is a nice property on the outside of central Merida. It is part of the university campus which i dont believe is in the description. Overall the facilities are great for the value.

It feels very secure it has a very nice gym and a pool with steps that are user friendly for all ages
