My third straight year at Rochester 10. I love the area of Mexico City (safe!, great, affordable food, access to public transportation). It is not deluxe, but It is pleasant enough, and is a comfortable landing spot..

I had a bad experience with this property. First the elevator didn't work to my floor which was the 4th floor. Secondly, the wifi and tv weren't working. Other than that the area was quite.

El personal fue super amigable y amable todo el tiempo. Las instalaciones en excelentes condiciones y el area definitivamente es super segura y bien ubicada. Definitivamente lo tendre en cuentanpara futuros viajes a CDMX.

Apartments are spacious and well kept. I really love the area as well.

A practical apartment in a very safe area. A bit older. The layout of the two bedroom apartments leave little kitchen space, but two bedrooms and a kitchen at a very good price! Small, small bathroom. Do it’s not luxury, but practical enough that I’ve stayed here 10+ days two years in a row.

Never had clean towels. No room service. Had to buy TP. Location was nice.

It was a good place to stay, clean. Check in was fast and easy, English-speaking

Great location. The staff was above exceptional . Super exceptional. I will be back. Had a great time.

The bathroom was a little wore off

The front desk girl and guys shared my personal information with someone not authorized via WhatsApp.

Great place, secure, excellent location. Blocks away from WTC, restaurants, excellent place for the price. Just not much privacy, since blinds are trans lucid at living room, bedroom totally private though, but not a big issue.

Completely met my needs. Comfortable apartment with a kitchen in an excellent location and at a very affordable price. Stayed 10 nights. Excellent restaurants nearby. Access to Metrobus a few blocks away. Access to subway half a mile away. Clean (but not new), friendly staff (but the budget doesn't go to a lobby). I needed a two-bedroom apartment for a reasonable price and this was an excellent fit. Very happy with Rochester 10 and hope to stay here again in the future.

El apartamento cumplía exactamente con lo que buscábamos, cómodo para 3 o 4 personas.

Close to community shopping needs, SAFE 24/7 , maids come in ever other day or so to clean. Staff was always available for questions

Son habitaciones sencillas y muy cómodas! Económicas y en una ubicación privilegiada, tranquila y agradable. Cuentan con agua fría y caliente, una cafetera de goteo y plancha, el burro de planchar estaba roto y el techo del baño tenia manchas de humedad, pero fuera de eso fue una estancia muy cómoda!

Estaría bien que tuviera ventiladores.
