Excellent stay!! Room was very clean and service from every employee was top notch. We’ll definitely be coming back. Only thing was we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi.

I booked this hotel because I had some dental procedures to get done in Tijuana and I was going to be there for several days. It was one of the best days I have ever had. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean the amenities were wonderful 24 hour room service was fabulous. The food was great. I cannot say enough for this property and I can’t wait to come back and stay again. I would recommend this to anyone.

Always stay at Quartz everytime we’re in town.. love the staff.. love the pool.. love the safety of parking and just all around great hotel! And the rooms 1000/10!! Get the king room .. it’s worth the extra money that bed is fabulous!!

Overall a great experience, Loved the employees, very friendly and helpful. Food was ok but i feel like i missed out on getting room service for breakfast, I should have went downstairs and ordered at the restaurant. The only complaint i have is that the shower pressure and sink was not as great but does not take away from the experience unless it was my room the only one having that issue. I will defiantly stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay super clean and accommodating. I would only suggest microwaves in the rooms, otherwise perfect

First time staying in this hotel. First impression very Dark. No one knew where the lobby was.Front desk staff was not inviting no acknowledgment. At check out same thing their cell phones were more important.The food from room service was excellent. The included breakfast was basic but good. The staff at their restaurant was attentive. There’s too much going on for such compact space. Definitely not the zen vibe I was looking for. Hospital is next door so there’s a lot of patients in and out. They also have party venues going on. Pool is small so it seemed there was always a lot of people. This hotel is ideal of a hospital patients but I don’t recommend it if you’re trying to relax and enjoy hotel amenities.

The amenities were great and it helped that most of the staff was bilingual. Having a driver to take me between my appointments made me feel safer. However, everyday the housekeeper would take both of our washcloths and only leave us one for two people. I eventually just resorted to using a hand towel as a washcloth. Also, though I appreciated the floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows, they desperately needed cleaned outside.

The check in process was easy, fast and efficient. The staff were all so professional and friendly. Their food was very delicious, cooked properly and to temperature. The room was very clean, bathroom stacked with everything. A minor detail with coffee maker. I did not use because it was dusty from inside. If I ever come back around this area, I will definitely come back.

Always a good experience and love the free breakfast

The beds were hella hard & the staff was also a little rude and not welcoming. Originally we thought to book another night but we decided to book elsewhere.

Breakfast was ok. The staff is friendly. The hot tub looked great but I didn't have time to enjoy it. My wife did take a sound spa day. Which she says was calming and relaxing. The room was nice and spacious.

The most recommended Hotel if you’re staying in Tijuana. Absolutely beautiful and cozy! I love everything about the Quartz Hotel, location, food options, pool, jacuzzi. Atmosphere, Helpfulness, attention to detail! 10/10

Quartz is an incredible place to stay if you are looking to travel to Tijuana they have an amazing staff a a great customer service the rooms are well maintained very clean will definitely be going back on my next visit

I have been here a dozen times and notice the staff turnover is low. The customer service is exceptional and one of the reason I keep coming back. The pool area is beautiful and I love the bar service with drinks and an array of food. Expedia VIP gave me a spa discount and the 90 min hot stone massage and facial was super relaxing and affordable! Breakfast was included and my favorite is the chilaquiles!
