The reception staff were very unprofessional I arrived earlier and asked if I could have breakfast and they said if pay 300 rials I could then I asked if i could only pay for the breakfast and they said no which is incorrect I also asked if I just could buy a coffee and they said no which is incorrect because I managed to buy a coffee. I left my suitcases there but when I got back to collect them the receptionist didn’t want to give me back one of my suitcases I have to insist few times that it was my suitcase and he kept on giving me funny looks very unpleasant and unprofessional The property is also very noisy because it is just next to the motor way The restaurant staff on the contrary were polite and helpful I will not recommend this property to anyone

Nice hotel in a nice place

Hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, modern rooms, good restaurant and courteous staff.

We(me,my mom and my son)recently stayed at this hotel for two days and was satisfied with my experience. There is a small gym and a warm water swimming pool. Both are clean. Had an exceptional service from a staff member in the dining department. When I requested hot water, he was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Super bien ubicado

The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it.

This is a great hotel option. This is the second time I've stayed at this establishment with my family. Clean rooms, hot water, and good water pressure - all I need. The beds and pillows are not the best, but it is a middle range hotel so don't expect too much.

Encontrei o quarto e banheiro sujos. Uma vergonha. So nai sai do hotel, pois minhas filhas estavam doentes e cansadas. Nao volterei mais nesse hotel.

Quarto novo, limpeza boa, recepção ágil, café da manhã ok, restaurante com cardápio a lá carte ótimo, estacionamento caro.

Já me hospedei inúmeras vezes, e pretendo voltar!

Box do banheiro imundo com larvas pretas, tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada, paredes riscadas, sujas, manchadas, Check in demorado, 20 minutos até o sistema funcionar, acústica ruim entre os quartos, ouvíamos todos os vizinhos do lado e de cima, acredito que um dos vizinhos de quarto estava com intoxicação alimentar.

Hotel com as acomodações novas, tudo muito limpo e organizado. O isolamento acústico é ótimo, o que pra mim conta muito.

Banheiro poderia estar mais limpo
