It was a pleasure staying at the Facade Hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are all friendly, and the manager is thoughtful in making decisions to satisfy customers. I've stayed here several times. 👍

Clean, well-lit, and tidy, but the bathroom in the villa was a bit smelly. The room is quite spacious, comfortable for bringing children. You can play ping pong, badminton, and archery. There is a jacuzzi.

The hotel is really good, clean, and there's a small market around the hotel that sells fruits and vegetables. The rooms are okay, yesterday we were with a family and booked 4 rooms, and the best one was the one with a pool view. The only downside is the jacuzzi pool, the water is cloudy because people have jumped in wearing clothes they've been wearing after walking around, who knows where. But I don't know if the hotel's water isn't changed regularly or what, but the water is just cloudy.

Recommended accommodation in Tawangmangu area with very complete facilities, just entering the room already provided snacks, there is a swimming pool, sports equipment, children's play area. When checking in, our ID card was held, if we didn't want our ID card to be held, we were asked to deposit 200 thousand. Breakfast for 2 days there was the same menu, nothing was changed. The taste of the food and cakes was also not very good in my opinion. But the hotel facilities, rooms, swimming pool and jacuzzi were all okay

Got a top floor room, as requested, mountain view and swimming pool. When it was first operational during covid, I stayed here, good service, breakfast was delivered to the room, so far I'm satisfied staying at Facade, especially after the building was enlarged with more complete facilities. Close to the fruit market and easy to find snacks and food

when I stayed there it happened to rain that night.. I stayed in a premier room with a balcony, it turned out that the rainwater entered through the gap in the balcony door, and quite a lot of water entered the room. the cleanliness of the room, especially the floor, in my opinion was a bit lacking, in Javanese the floor is still ngeres.. but overall I like the atmosphere and the hotel facilities, there is a jacuzzi, you can play badminton, darts, billiards This hotel is suitable for a vacation with family
