Cleanliness very poor We have requested but they said after check in they won’t arrange cleaning Before check in must be cleaned ?? Is it our problem So expensive but not happy Dusty environment causes sick

This hotel is excellent and cozy. The staff is amazing, and there are very nice places to eat and shop nearby.

Hotel and room was good. Done up to newer standards and has space. Only thing I could say, was the beds were pretty hard.

Quite hotel small rooms for 4 people , I suggest bigger room if more than 2. No breakfast kitchen available in room, small supermarket close by walking. In general good. Big area for shopping close it’s amazing all available all brands

The emergency alarm went off at 6 am in the morning and the staff took over an hour to sort the situation with little communication to the people staying inside in the cold about what was happening, it appeared that no one knew what they were doing, and no apology for the inconvenience, also the room upstairs had children banging and crashing around until after 11 pm , very disappointed, won’t return

Location was great. It was convenient to everything and not too far from Busan station. The floors had small gaps which may slide slightly. Everything else worked fine.

Room was spacious and worked out for 3. Came with a small kitchenette but didn’t have to use it. It is modern and location worked out for our 2 days in Kyoto. Only small negative is they had no coffee packages so buy some instant coffee from a convenience store.

24hr concierge is a big help. Free luggage storage is amazing too. Also free in room private laundry (shower room doubles as a dryer for clothes). Mini -kitchenette was a bonus but we didn’t use - got a second sink out of it which was helpful with 4 people

The beds were not comfortable. They were way too hard for my back.

Walking distance to trains and shopping. Several local eateries. One big issue with this property were the beds. The mattresses were so hard, it felt like sleeping on an ironing board.

The neighbour is very safe and very walkable. The room was very clean but it was too small for 4 people.

The hotel and the room were clean and room size was spacious. The staff were friendly. The hotel decor was cute. Areas of improvement are that the beds were a little bit hard and not as comfortable. The kitchen lacked a frying pan, so it was difficult to cook food with only having pots available. There were only 2 glass drinking cups and 3 large plates for a room accommodating 4 people. So that was inconvenient.

Easy access from Kyoto Station and also to all the nearby attractions. Very walkable to food and shopping. If you need, there is self-service luggage storage. Very great place to stay and the suite is spacious as well!

Room was so small. It had a horrible wood smell. Service staff is excellent. would not recommend due to tiny space. Not a fan of drying system.

Hotel is located on a quieter somewhat residential neighborhood with little shops tucked here and there. We travelled with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Plus: Felt like you got a local experience. Hotel was clean and modern. Good space with washer and detergent provided (you need to hang clothes in bathroom and dry them in there via the fan dryer - they provide hangers for the clothes), large closet to store your stuff. No drawer space. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave, hot water boiler, utensils, stove. AC worked well. Water pressure great. Keypad entry. They received our luggages when we shipped them from Tokyo. Walking distance to Nishiki Market and tons of places to eat/shop. Downsides: Closest subway station is about 4-6 blocks buses are closer. Not terrible but we went in the summer so it was hot. Beds were extremely hard and firm. All 4 of us found them hard to sleep on. The hotel isn’t super secure as you can just walk in and take the elevator up to any floor. The neighborhood feels safe but being paranoid that was something I noticed. Other: They can’t ship your luggage from this hotel but there is a Yamato transport place 2 blocks away that you can ship your luggages from. Staff is friendly and they had small amenities downstairs (comb, cotton, razor.)

I liked the location in the neighborhood making it feel local. I didn’t like the smell but in the elevator
