The location is very strategic, once exiting the Hakodate Station, the hotel building is immediately visible.

I think the just give you the room that abailable, the second I stayed here, I got really small room, its really different from the first one. not recommended if you have many luggage

the first night I stayed here, I got really big room, but the disadvantage is when its time to check out, I cannot keep my luggage at the lobby. so I have to take the luggage in the morning to station in snow road zzzz so disappointing. beside that, everything was good

Highly recommended hotel! Only a 5 minutes walk from Hakodate station, the rooms are quite spacious for Japan standard, and they are very clean and well maintained. they have an onsen! The only downside is that they don't offer any luggage storage service after you check out, so that might be problematic if you plan to sight-see around town after you check out.

Very new hotel. Opened on 1/10/2019. Onsen is very good. There is an indoor outdoor pond and sauna, steam near JR Hakodate station. But if you want the housekeeper to clean the room, have to put a magnetic sheet in front of the room as well.
