The hotel location is very close to the train station and some shopping malls

The hotel is located in a very prime area in Umeda, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The room size is acceptable, and there is also a gym available for guests, which is a nice addition. However, one aspect that I found quite frustrating was the coined washing machines. They were almost always in use, and many guests left their finished laundry in the machines for hours, making it difficult for others to use them. This meant I had to constantly check the live washer status on the TV and rush to the laundry room when a machine became available. In my opinion, the number of machines is insufficient compared to the total number of guest rooms, which made the experience inconvenient

I LOVED everything about this hotel! Location is great, very convenient. Next time I visit Osaka, I will definitely come back and stay here again for sure.

Hotel is central and has direct access to the Metro and JR lines.

Under the hotel there is a family mart. And there is direct access to the food court.

My stay was wonderful at the hotel with the central location, easy to access all malls around it, especially the Osaka Central station. We had a good stay even though room standard in Japan is small for a family with kid. So far so good. We will be back again!

The location was so convenient! Linked to Osaka station… and many other shopping, dining hubs in the area! The check-in and check-out process used machines, but staff were there to help in case you experienced troubleshooting. Staying at this hotel really made your travel easier!

The location is awesome, rooms are clean. The only feedback would be too little washing machine and dryer for such a huge hotel and the 1 hour grace should reduce to 15 minutes to minimize inconsiderate behaviour from guest using the laundry service.

Great location next to Osaka station. Newly opened hotel with a nice and clean atmosphere. The hotel provided free coffee and tea, also necessary items like a comb and toothbrush at the lobby on the 9th floor. Very good hotel indeed.
