There is no staff to carry or move luggage for guests when they arrive at the hotel. The receptionist is small and cute, but feels a bit unenthusiastic. For the money spent, I expected better service.

The location is very strategic, close to My Khe Beach. In front of the hotel there is a 24-hour minimarket, pharmacy, and many places to eat. Next to the hotel there is a motorbike rental place. The hotel provides laundry facilities for 30,000vnd. The breakfast menu is quite good. There is fried rice, fried noodles, salad, fruit and bread. Only lacking juice and cereal are not available. Drinks include water, cola, coffee and tea. If I go to Da Nang again, I will definitely stay at Amunra Ocean.

The downside is that the hotel does not provide luggage assistance. I have to carry my luggage up the stairs myself. Other than that, everything is good. The room is soundproof. You can hear voices in the hallway, but you can't hear voices from the next room. The food selection is limited, but that's enough for me. The food is delicious, using fresh ingredients. There is a motorbike rental service and parking in the basement. Friendly staff.

Nice new hotel with friendly reception. Hotel near My Khe beach and grocery store. Since it's not the peak tourist season, breakfast should be simple. In general, I feel fine

Sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, tiện nghi và phụ phí không bị tính quá cao. Nhân viên lễ tân rất thân thiện nhiệt tình. Chỉ tiếc là ko có view biển, cửa phòng mình mở ra chỉ nhìn thấy tường của ks bên cạnh. Tuy nhiên đây vẫn là nơi lý tưởng để nghỉ

Good price, clean room. Quiet town but the walls are not totally soundproof. Clean restaurant serves breakfast only, some dishes taste very good. Good service, friendly receptionists. Lobby is not set up with air conditioner or fan, so it ' s pretty hot.
