It was nice and easy to check in and the building seemed nice but there was a lot of really bad mould in the bathroom.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and a smooth check-in. Everything was simple and hassle-free, exactly what you want when traveling.

Quiet area, lots of places for coffee and breakfast around, easy to walk to all tourist attractions, dining options. I will definitely recommend and return, as we love Porto.

Did not have to deal with staff which means everything went smoothly. Room was nice and clean. Minimal repairs would be nice: bathroom door. Quiet neighbourhood but there is a bird that starts calling early in the morning every minute. You can also hear the pipes clearly from other rooms. Overall pleasant experience with a great functional kitchenette

No one available to help. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE OR THE TEXTS. No one avail to provide password for internet. States there was a breakfast avail and there was not! Display of a friendly human offering help and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE OR REPLIED. NOT EVEN A MIRROR! Tiny and no space for two people to walk at same time.

The location was quite disappointing. The beddings were dirty and stinky. The kettle was so dirty that it was not useable condition. Theyve given a WhatsApp number on their website but never replied when I contacted them. It was an awful experience that ruined our holiday.

The apartment is in a great location but it is quite small and lacks space to put personal belongings other than a wardrobe. There is a well equipped compact kitchen but only 2 tea bags provided. It is very clean & modern. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by and good access to rest of Porto. Check in procedure was essy to follow and it was quiet despite proximity to bars etc. Bed was comfortable and air con worked well. Good value for money. A small supermarket is very close by.

Unfortunately it was advertised that they had laundry facilities but that wasn’t the case. Also, ask for a room in the back of the building because it is a bit noisy!

Decent value for money. Clean and tidy room which was exactly what we expected. Shower needed a bit of attention as it leaked out of all joints and drained very slowly but other than that no issues at all.

Many bars, restaurants, shopping and laundromat within a few minutes walk. Less than twenty minutes walk to all of the major destinations.

Great location. Reasonably quiet and great dining options in surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

Great for people who don’t want to interact with the staff. Not an issue for me, though. Overall a great place to stay, no issues whatsoever.

Close to a lot of cool sights!

The hotel apt is very convenient to everything, so that was a big plus. However, there was dirt, mold in bathroom and shower. The curtains were very dirty and had a lot of stains on them.
