The 2 rooms which we have were absolutely awful….dirty and dusty and old. Walls didn’t see paint for years -some of wallpaper was stick together with tape ! We have mould and damp on the wall . My son vie from the window was bins and cars as his room was on the basement. Food was extremely basic and poor quality. Stuff smoking cigarettes outside and whole halls stink . You can hear drains all evening when people flushed the toilet. Walls are very thick so you can hear every single noise….Awful place.

Breakfast good choices, chef very accommodating for evening meal . No hairdryer, no hot water at 9pm or pressure in shower. Has a solo traveller found it very lonely, was put on a dinning table completely out of the way, so no chance to talk to anyone.

Small but comfortable single room on top floor, as requested. Sizeable shower. Very small TV. Good breakfast.

Room was a little small ,we had a twin but very clean Plenty of milk tea bags and coffee Right on sea front Breakfast was lovely and staff we're very helpful and friendly Keep us supplied with tea and coffee and more toast for jam definitely staying again 😊

Generally well kept

Have stayed many times before and have always enjoyed my/our stay. The shower had no hot water and i mentioned it to the staff on reception who said they would sort it out for me. When we returned later that day there was still no hot water! I don't like to moan so didn't say anything further. We stayed for two nights without being able to shower! Strip wash it was!!!!

Sandra on reception was very welcoming and very friendly. Room was adequate for what we need, but would be better if there was some WiFi around the hotel. I enjoyed the game of bingo we had (even won). Evening entertainment singer was very good. Not good if you want an early night, but did finish at 10.30. Staying again next month.

rooms are clean and tidy entertainment is good and the food is very good all of the staff are very good at there jobs. Great value for money

Room clean but needs updating, shower very weak, staff really friendly especially Richard who works in the bar area, evening entertainment was really good. Parking area very small
