Website gives impression there’s dedicated parking but you have to take your chances in neighbouring streets, although at least it is free. Best unload on corner, check in, then park. Rooms are spacious and well appointed but mine was poorly lit, only one light in large bathroom. No lift, many stairs potentially depending on where your room is. But for S London this is great value and the breakfast was especially good.

Lovely spacious pub hotel with really nicely appointed rooms. Only slight negatives would be lack of wardrobe space (hangers on hooks) and lack of window sound insulation so can be a little noisy... but hey its above a pub right. Very good value.

All good excellent experience

I am a bit disappointed to be honest. I’ve stayed here before and used to live on this road and know how noisy it can be, so I messaged ahead and asked for a room on a higher floor. I got given a room above the night exit and bins on the first floor. Cue 11pm and 2am wake up calls from staff putting out the bins and dragging furniture around every single night. I slept so badly the whole time I was there. The pub has gone through a bit of a refurb which is nice, but it does feel like it’s lost its character a bit.

the room is very hot, with outside temperature is around 10C, we kept the window open, but the room is still very hot. It is basically an extension of the rooftop of a restaurant.

No need for parking as we came by Uber. Highly recommend Breakfast Bloody Marys and the brunch menu was excellent.

Lovely hotel in perfect location in Crystal Palace. Staff helpful and pleasant. Nice atmosphere in the bar.

Great breakfast and a nice spot to spend the night before a palace game. Food was solid, service was EXCELLENT. Parking was a bit trickier than we expected but doable. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay. Feels very luxurious. Beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely staff. Great food in the pub.

Loved our stay in this hotel, would definitely stay again. The restaurant was also fantastic and will eat there again!

Staff and food were incredible

4th stay here and it has become a bit of a favourite. The Deluxe rooms are lovely and well appointed. Will return.

It was very convenient for us since our daughter lives nearby. Also, close to a bus and train station so easy to get to downtown London. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

Lovely room, was very hot as we were top floor. Amazing breakfast. Building is beautiful. I did feel it was a little over priced though.

Staff were extremely helpful. Great food. Nice room. Very good value.

Another good stay at the Westow. Nice big room with a good selection of teas and coffee available. Our only issue was that the TV didn’t work due to a WiFi issue. This couldn’t be fixed during our stay but I was offered complimentary drinks which was an acceptable gesture.
