Loved the hotel

The staff was all excellent and helped us select some great local restaurants.

Staff were very difficult to get in touch with and unhelpful when I needed assistance with my reservation.

Over priced for what you get. No place to park car. Had to drag suit cases from a parking garage 4 blocks away.

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Small rooms but everything was immaculate. Highly recommend!!

Well located, clean hotel. Rooms are tiny and the hotel is extremely expensive.

Room small but clean and airy

Amazing hotel. Staff were outstanding with beautiful small friendly touches such as toy cup cakes for our toddler at breakfast. Highly recommend this property. Outstanding design and excellent customer service

Jens was very helpful to explain our train plans including details of how to get where we needed to be. He was engaging and informative! We enjoyed breakfast during our short stay as well.

The hotel is lovely, staff are friendly and attentive an extra bonus that we were able to check in early. The pool and sauna area was also great but it can get quite busy even in the winter months. Our room was on the small side however the bed was unbelievably comfortable- I’d come back just to sleep in the bed again.
