Great breakfast

Great restaurant. Across the street from the train station.

Very kind and courteous staff, easy parking, clean and comfy room (even though the bathroom was very tiny, especially if you're from America), amazing breakfast, and a great location. Wish I stayed longer than one night. It was a quick stop in Kupio to go to Rovaniemi.

Wonderful warm, charming hotel with great service. Beautiful restaurant and cabinet for my dissertation dinner. So memorable!

The hotel is located centrally and it is easy to access shops and museums. The room was clean and the bathroom renovated. Everything was in theme with Arctic, including the soaps and the furniture in the room. We really appreciated the immersion into Lapland via their songs, pictures and videos.

Somewhat outside of the city centre, but close enough. Good comfort. Nice design.

Definitely very much overpriced.

The only restaurant was closed because of Holiday. But still we loved our stay. And a pizzeria across the street was open, and good.

Very helpful staff, breakfast was great. Cleanliness ok. I had a quiet room but the internal doors slamming disturbed a bit. Overall very good, would stay again.

The place was very atmospheric. Personnel were very friendly. Breakfast was really good. Condition of the room was a little bit worn out (saggy towel frame, loose makeup mirror) but still clean and everything worked.

Small, but new room. Great quuen size bed with nice pillows. The breakfast was amazing with most local / lapland products ever. Even as a native finnish person there was some reindeer stuff that I have never tasted before. Extremely happy!

Great service, great location and cool vibe. The bathrooms are not in line with the Lapland vibe, though everyting else is. They are very clean but just give off a 90’s vibe. Apparently they will update them sometime soonish. If the bathrooms did not break the lapland spell, I would have rated this excellent in all categories.

Business trip, very friendly staff, Good breakfast. Cozy room with big TV, but no English channels. Easy to get to close to town center. Smallish bathroom with good shower pressure and consistent temperature. Food and the Service at the restaurant was very good.

Very good breakfast, hotel has been recently renovated so everything was in excellent or at least good condition. Our room was very hot until we figured out how to adjust the temperature.

Very nice area & beautiful hotel. Good location near the city center just walk about 3-4 mins. Recommended.
