Excellent service. Beyond the words

The air in the bathroom was terrible, not fresh.

Lovely staff. Comfy, clean room. Gorgeous terrace out front. Easy parking. Close to all attractions.

Hotel car parking in front of property, easy to walk to the castle and historical part of town

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant downstairs had delicious food. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and shops. There were a lot of dogs barking outside of the hotel in the middle of the night but that’s out of the hotel’s control. Parking was a little bit hard but the staff was helpful in assisting us.

Just under the foot of the fortress hill. Walk 10 minutes you can get the impression of the old town. Very good location

The room is clean and good. The toilet is average and small but does the job. Overall good experience, and it's in the heart of Berat city. So that we can walk and enjoy around the city.

Friendly staff welcomed me to their clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious accommodation, great food, and very good location so everything was an easy walk, even up the hill to the Castle!

The hotel has a great location, near the bottom of the hill leading up to the castle but out of the busyness of the streets at the river level. The rooms are spacious and nicely styled and the breakfast was ample and varied.

Generally good, breakfast was ok, but they were not prepared for the number of people .

Really beautiful hotel, in one of the historic buildings of old Berat. Easy parking with the car. Beautiful rooms, recently renovated following the traditional Berat style. Maybe the only small issue was the bad smell coming from the bathroom at different times

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at On Fri Hotel. The room was very nice, with a wall of windows looking out on the town and a decorative wood ceiling. The hotel was very conveniently located for walking to the touristic sites in Berat and the free parking worked well. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a highlight of our 4 week tour of Albania and North Macedonia.

The hotel is really nice and the staff are super friendly and helpful in all sorts of languages. Great location too.

Great location with parking. Issues with power outages (was told this is a frequent daily occurrence). During the night, the emergency alarm went off and didn't stop for several hours.

Perfect location to discover the beauties of Berat. The hotel id close to both the museum and the castle. The family owned hotel is run with dedication, pride, and a real care for its guests. The food is excellent. The service is top notch. Well done !

I can't recommend thise hotel enough, lovely venue, comfortable, great view and above all the service and hospitality, Denisa the owner and Antonio the breakfast waiter were always ready to help and make our stay pleasurable. Breakfast was amazing with many choices, table service, something you get only in Top world hotels. They even gave us a jar of honey when we asked about the amazing wilde honey they served us. We can't wait to go back again.

I felt like at home and the owner, his wife and daughters treated me like a family member. The hotel location is amazing and close to the castle and the down town. The room is spacious and clean.

Clean hotel in very good location.. On the way up to the castle.. Comfortable beds.. Amazing food at restaurant. I recommend it to anyone.
