Way off bus routes Water damage to ceiling Overcharged due to Olympics but yet when noted they were not sold out did not offer that day room rate being offered to others Front desk guy only positive - very pleasant

We spent one night. It was clean and quiet. Easy access. Good breakfast. Qualitative beds.

The hotel was OK, room cleanness is good, rooms are quite small

Good, but due to covid there was no room cleaning which is quite unconvinient after a few days of stay

Our stay at the hotel was fine, The room was clean, the receptionist was helpful. Our only complaint is. We understood breakfast was included in the on price, On arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast there would be an extra charge. Breakfast itself was fine though the seating was uncomfortable. probably designed to get you out of the way quickly, No hanging on. No doubt if we were passing with a day or two spare, we would stay at the B&B Hôtel Cergy Saint-Christophe again.

Great modern clean hotel with secure parking and restaurants just a couple of steps away also a supermarket and other shops within a minutes walk. The hotel is clean and modern has sockets for connecting USB cables, good tv, bathroom clean and modern, beds are comfortable and it’s the second time I’ve stayed here and I will definitely stay again

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast and easy on/off of the highway. We used this as a hotel near the airport for our last night in France. It was perfect for that. It was Sunday night and the area seemed like a ghost town, but luckily there was a nice restaurant next door for dinner.

The hotel is ok. But the Maneger is not friendly at all.

Chambre propre mais environnement bruyant. Porte de l'ascenseur juste devant celle de la chambre, beaucoup de passages la nuit.

Das Zimmer war gut bis auf das Bad. Die Dusche lief über egal wie man gebadet hat.

Accueil déplorable

Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, sinon, très bien.

Chambre propre. Prix intéressant. Bien placé. Parking non fermé le soir. Équipement complet : serviette de toilette, savon shampooing, sèche cheveux …. Personnel d’accueil sans commentaire personnel de ménage au top accueil super chaleureux. Merci

Pas de gros problèmes. Quelques déceptions : manque de rangements, étroitesse de la SDB, odeurs désagréables montant des sanitaires, pain dur au petit-déjeuner le lundi.

La literie est de trés très mauvaise qualité avec un simple petit matelat et une planche en guise de sommier

Portail du parking qui ne ferme plus, porte de l'hotel qui désormais reste ouverte la nuit (en panne sans doute), n'importe qui peux donc rentrer dans l'hotel. Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel avant tout fonctionnait correctement. La ca laisse a désirer je trouve
