There were two Korean staff members, and it seemed there were some Chinese as well. Best value for money. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were top-notch. The location was great, so transportation costs were minimal. It's an 8-minute walk from the airport bus stop and a 9-minute walk to the Kyoto bus stop. Two subway lines are on the main road, and there are two grocery stores nearby, so I went every day. On the first day, I bought five bento boxes at a 50% discount. It seems you need to go after 9 PM. When I went at 7 PM, there was no discount. The room accommodated four people with bunk beds and five with a sofa bed. We used the shared kitchen on the second floor; basic condiments like salt and sugar were provided, and there were even leftover seasonings. It wasn't a drinking party atmosphere, so it was suitable for visiting with children. Just a word of caution: everyone comes late to do their laundry, so the five machines aren't enough; please do your laundry as soon as possible. Security was also good, as you need to swipe a card key to go up to the second floor and above. The facilities felt brand new, which was great. I give it 110 out of 100 points.

Everything is good. The front officer is very helpful. You can leave your luggage for a while after check-out. Very clean. Fit for groups and solo travelers. Would come back if I go to Osaka.

The spacious floor and the presence of people from various countries make you feel like you're traveling abroad. The atmosphere is comfortable and makes you want to linger. The bedroom has bunk beds, so you can hear the noise from the top bed, but above all, the atmosphere was great, so I would like to go again.

I was very impressed with my stay here. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were attentive and took great care of us.

Family friendly, staff was helpful, good manner and friendly. Shared bathroom clean and full of lights, soap & shampoo always on, so we can use 24 hours with no worry. Location near to Nagahoribasi station and walkable to Shinsaibashi-suji. Bedroom space great for family. Just need the odor and dust control a little bit because carpet floor needs to be cleaned and vacuumed more. FYI, if you are common with king koil pillow for bed in your daily bed, you must adapt for small and unique pillow in Osaka and Kyoto. Breakfast, I love the way they served the bread, croissant, fruits and coffee. Nice! Price is the best with best location, so definitely will come back again when I visit Osaka.

I booked this hostel without any expectations. I chose it simply because it fit my budget and the location was great. I didn't expect it to be this compatible with Grand LDK Osaka Shinsaibashi. Even though I chose a women-only dorm room, the space was surprisingly spacious. I could freely open and unpack my suitcase. The capsule also has lockable lockers. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely come back if I visit Osaka again ❤️❤️

Affordable yet spacious and strategic

The location is quite strategic (just a 3-minute walk to Osaka metro station), near convenience stores, friendly & helpful hotel staff, clean dormitory & restroom, affordable price. Close to popular tourist spots (just a 20-minute walk) to Dotonbori glico sign, river, donki, etc. There is an additional fee if you want laundry (using coins), free borrowing of irons, razors. There is an additional fee if you want to use other amenities such as pajamas. You can cook for yourself because the kitchen and equipment are proper. To Kansai Airport (KIX) just take the metro and then transfer once using the Nankai train.

So nice place, have a big kitchen and so clean. The bathroom is so clean, everything is perfect.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the hotel is strategically located very close to the Dotonbori area.

Location is great and a 3-minute walk from the subway. The bathrooms were clean, the communal area was spacious, comfortable, and clean as well. The only downfall was the beds. Mattresses were extremely hard and pillows were too. Not comfortable for sleeping. They forgot to turn off our dorm light a few nights, but overall would return for a short stay.
