The location of the property couldn’t be better, except during Christmas. When the town blasted monotonous and loud music up to midnight. At other times, being on Plaza de Delicias is a true delight. The place is comfortable, the balconies are fun. However, the kitchen is less than basic. If you are planning on cooking, you may need to run out and buy cutting board, knives that work, microwave friendly dishes, better quality dishwashing sponge, oven tray, dishcloth and more. Their customer service was flawless.

Simple apartment, comfortable and clean. Would have appreciated a roll of paper towel and coffee but overall nice.

It was an amazing experience

This property has a unique location at a walking distance to restaurants, historic sites, clubs. Check in was easy, communication due to an incovenient with the room was fast and issue was resolved immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Appropriate for price

Great stay! Love the second floor apt because we didn’t hear the cars during the night. Love the location, you can go walking to places to eat and enjoy the night.

It’s a good place to spend a weekend.

It was perfectly located within walking distance to the square and had a cute balcony, little loft and everything you may need in the kitchen and bathroom. Not huge but good size and the TV had roku netlifix which was a pleasant surprise. Only downside was the building was in not the best condition, we struggled a bit with suitcases up the stairs to the room and I had to call to ask for checkin instrctions, at 6pm still hadnt received them. Although im happy to say they were very responsive and quickly emailed them to me.

Based on pictures we booked a 2nd story with balcony. We were given a lower unit with no windows. Water heater wasnt working. Directions and address on Google maps put us on wrong block. We had to drive around looking for the building

The apartment was clean and so close to everything. The bathroom door still has issues as it is coming off the top hinge ( noted with orevious reviews) and needs to be properly repaired so it doesnt stick. The bathroom doorknob needs to shored up too. Lastly, the iron has sticky stuff on it and we couldn't clean it off well enough to use. But these issues were not enough to keep us from staying again, though they should be corrected.

Nos quedamos 3 personas en el apartamento, la ubicación estuvo perfecta pues había actividad en la plaza. El apartamento estaba acogedor y el aire funcionando perfectamente. Detalles que quiero hacer notar: el balcón estaba extremadamente sucio, usen sandalias en todo momento, el baño no tenía alfombra adentro ni fuera de la bañera y era un verdadero peligro por que era muy resbaloso y de hecho mi niña se cayó yo estando justo al lado de ella, el fregadero estaba sucio, el escurridor no tenía el plato de abajo que recoge agua, no había mucho utensilio de cocina (gracias a Dios nosotras llevamos lo propio), la cama donde dormí la cual era la que está arriba subiendo la escalera no estaba vestida, (no se me cayó un brazo por vestirla) pero uno está pagando por un servicio y uno tiene unas expectativas ya que fue alrededor de 140$ la noche.

Appartement bien placée et agréable.

Todo muy bien con la estancia, justo al lado de la plaza de Ponce y áreas históricas, excelente acceso a las vías principales, todos los artículos necesarios para cocinar. Mí recomendación un abanico de techo para la sala/cocina sería genial para combatir el calor ya que no tiene aire central, solo en las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado y el piso una buena limpieza, estaba sucio/ pegajoso. Todo lo demás excelente muy tranquilo buena localización y servicio. Definitivo lo volvería a utilizar

Todo muy bien mi única recomendación es 1 toallero más en el baño y 1 antena para el tv la señal iba mucho. Pero de todo lo demas bien

Tremendo me gusto solo falto Buena limpieza pero de lo Demas estuvo bueno

La condiciones del el baño el toilet no servía para bajar y el baño estaba sucio
