I visited this place last May, and the staff were very enthusiastic, from the smiling receptionist to the security guard. They were very helpful to me during my stay.

Clean room, comfortable, good receptionist service. I had to leave early in the morning on a business trip but the security guard was still enthusiastic in supporting me.

1. The room smells of sewer coming up from the sink and the washbasin is very foul. No brushes are available. Room with cow cockroaches. 2. Air-conditioner is like no gas, open not cool. 3. Staff talk harshly with guests, discuss issues of late check out unclear. No respect for guests when announcing prices. => Visited last year was very satisfied but this year is really bad, I have informed my friends to avoid this place.

The hotel is clean, new, enthusiastic staff ^^

Nice room, clean, fully furnished like the picture. Friendly employee. Will come back if there is work in Ho Chi Minh next time.
