Only stayed for the one night, and I shall be honest in that I have stayed at worse places, but there was a significant show-stopper at the Golders Park that has led to this review. The room was clean enough, bed freshly made (and quite comfortable) and fresh towels provided. There were some tea and coffee sachets and a few little pots of long life. Room was small, but at this price I doubt you'd get much more anywhere. The issue for me, and the reason for this review, was the shower. It did not work, absolutely nothing came out at all. We discovered this at around 9am and just dressed and went out to find breakfast, but the reason it was not working was that the shower head was totally blocked up with a grey flaky gunge. I know the water in London is hard, but this was not something that might have occurred instantly, it must have been brewing for some time, and it was only when we asked the staff that they investigated and produced a new shower head. In my view, this indicated that they just don't care. So overall, slept OK, but set your expectations low or this place will fail to meet them.

Parking at the property was ok Bedrooms really could do with some extra work wasn’t really happy with some of the furniture beds where not great I think definitely overpriced Wouldn’t really go back shame as the area was good

Absolutely disgusting accommodation, moved rooms 3 times. Water pouring through ceiling in bathroom, dirty pillows, mouldy fridge, no lights in bathroom, the list is endless! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was grubby, windows wouldn’t shut properly leaving at least a centimetre gap all round, making the room cold and noisy. People were smoking outside the window and the smoke drifted in, Making an unpleasant environment. I regret paying for three nights in advance as I would have left and gone elsewhere.

Inrequimanded Rubbish

You know, this property doesn’t get the best reviews, probably for good reason but for the price, it’s a good location and I have to say the bed and pillows were really comfy. Yes, the cleaning could have been a bit better but overall it wasn’t that bad. I’d likely stay again at this price.

Limited parking. Shower was very hot & not able to adjust temperature.

Sheets and towels were clean but there was no evidence the room had actually been cleaned. The shower was dirty, side of toilet, dirty. Toilet cistern sounds like a wave machine & the fridge hums all night. Pillows lumpy & single beds are very small. Staff very friendly but cleanliness really needs addressed.

Room was not clean and in a very poor state of repair - missing toilet flush button, torn pillow with stuffing spilling out, old uPVC window with a crack. We only needed somewhere to sleep for 1 night, so it did us, and the car parking was a bonus.
