Beautiful pools and the hotel was so nice

Loved the arrangements of the bedrooms in the suite. Well thought out for families

Our stay was good. Room was clean. Transportation options were good. Only complaint with visit was many groups of very loud teenagers at night staying there at the same time.

It had early park entry for universal that was great. Had good bus transportation. It could use some updates. Housekeeping exchanged our towels but didn't clean. Overall an ok stay.

We stayed Tower 1 and loved the hotel facilities. Pool, Pool bar, Pier 8 Market, Free Transport to Universal Parks. Only slight negative is room walls are too thin as you can hear other guests in next rooms. Would stay hear again though 100% as other benefits outway this minor negative.

We enjoyed our time, the accessibility to the park as well as relaxing poolside!

The hotel was very clean, easy and quick check in and loved the ease of checking out without going to the front desk. Thank you.

Amazing accommodations! Cleaned the rooms every day of our stay, towels and other items for the room restocked daily. Amazing pools and open till 11pm with the bar right next to it! Great staff- especially Arlene and Millie at the front desk! Will definitely be back with the family or just me and husband 😊

Loved everything about the place, the food and drinks really hit the spot when we didn’t feel like leaving the hotel.

The hotel is pretty good. Pool area is good, but we expected more from the rooms. Very limited space for a family hotel, small storage space, and super Small bathroom. Other than that everything was good.

Beautiful, Clean, Family friendly property. Food was great and both pools especially the one in building one was amazing!

My room wasn’t properly clean. The refrigerator was nasty with brown liquid in it. Behind the trash can old food from the previous customer. The toilet was not flushing properly and had a bad smell.

Great stay for a family. Extremely easy access to universal parks with frequent shuttles. Definitely recommend staying if you are going to universal!
