Family friendly. 3 very nice pools. Short 5 min walk to eagle beach.

Enjoyed the 3 pools and most of staff was polite. Did not like the long wait for check in & out and agent at check in didn't explain much and Security didnt do much just looked not happy to be there and grumpy.

Great vibe and energy. Very family friendly. Has live music in the middle of the resort, slide in other pool, and nice waterfall pool as well. Rooms come with kitchen and living space as well. Great for families and young crowds.

The staff was very welcoming. We loved Carlos and Jergin!!!

I did like the hotel its self and the water fall pool was great. The issue I have with the Eagle is they basically stole 250$ from me and would not refund it. Most of the staff are great but the one the goes by Luie. She needs training as she is very rude.

We had a wonderfully time at this resort! It wasn’t the most fancy but it had everything we needed. The pools were great and the staff was wonderful! It’s in a great location to explore the island and an easy 4 minute walk to Eagle Beach! Our kids can’t wait to go back!!

This resort was a great place for a much needed vacation, and a great value as a whole with the daily activities. The pool was always clean, the cleaning staff did a really good job with our room, and the resort staff were all super friendly. I would like to send out special shout out to Xiovion and Pablo. Xiovion had great recommendations and made our stay that much better. Only knock, food at Uncle Tony’s and Double Down is not good, outside of the chicken panini, everything else we had was just not good including breakfast. The cocktails and cocktail specials at Uncle Tony’s are great, and the Dunkin Donuts on property was also a great place to grab breakfast in a hurry before heading to the beach or snorkeling. Overall, I would recommend this resort.

Great location by the beach, close to big supermarket,

La limpieza del hotel es muy mala , las sábanas estaban sucias las almohadas tenían mal olor al igual que las colchas de taparse , el cuarto no tenía buen aire se sentía calor , las toallas estaban sucias y con huecos , necesitan mejorar mucho la limpieza para el precio del hotel, por todo lo demás no está tan mal

The lovely free flowing tropical breezes all day and night. Didn’t like having to leave so soon.

Loved the option of the 3 pools and happy hour! Room was comfortable and lots of space. Enjoyed being only a couple minute walk from the beach.

Thought we were getting a garden room on the first floor. Got a 4th floor room overlooking the kids pool.

Friendly and helpful staff!! Resort I. A very convenient area!!
