Just not what I expected

Very nice Hotel! Hotel staff can be a little loud in the Hallways.

Excellent food

No elevators No room service No jacuzzi Found was bland 3 star motel

TRASH. TRASH. TRASH. If you are used to staying at nicer places, don’t stay here. The majority of the front desk staff are rude. We were locked out four times due to our key cards just randomly not working out of no where and maintenance took forever to help us. The way Expedia has the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom booking sent up is a scam. These rooms are not conjoined. It’s not a suite. Do not waste your time booking that. Toilet/shower kept getting clogged up. Yes it’s known as a party resort but no party is worth my peace. Would never stay here again.

Very old property, needs lots of updates. Programs very limited

Beach not swimmable, pool hours limied. Only one buffet restaurant. Two other restaurants with limited evenings hours fir five days per week.

Staff was friendly.

This was an amazing vacation. Great party resort. Very clean, good food, all the staff was so friendly. The entertainment and entertainment staff were the absolute best! Great night life and RIU parties. Would absolutely come back again.

Four of us travelled together and two of us came home sick. One for a couple days and one was diagnosed with salmonella poisoning. They were sick for almost 3 weeks.

i love jamaica and everyone in it ! this is my second time at Riu & it’s still the best ! Super worth it! I even extended my stay one more day because i was living my best life and didn’t ever want it to end. BIG UP YASELF ;)
