Enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance (Ocean). I'd book again

This property is amazing. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly The amenities were great.

Beautiful stay

I can describe enough how beautiful and perfect the resort was. I took my girlfriend for her birthday and our stay well exceeded our expectations. From the moment we got to the resort, the staff was so friendly and accommodating and since we were early for our check-in, they held our bag so we can enjoy the bar some drinks and food. The room was beautiful with a stunning ocean and sunset view. The restaurants were fantastic (we're still talking about the short ribs at L.G Steakhouse). And the massage at Renaissance Island? So relaxing! The worst part of the trip was having to leave. I never wrote a perfect review but this called for it. We're definitely planning to come back again soon!

We had a mall attached to the hotel and a boat service from hotel to private island. This was the highlight of this property. The island had cooling breezes, lots of lounge chairs, good food and drinks but the highlight is the roaming flamingos. The hotel pool was also lovely

My partner and I had such a wonderful stay in Aruba. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making our trip feel special from start to finish. The private island is absolutely amazing and a must-experience; peaceful, beautiful, and truly unique. Aruba itself is pure joy with its very kind people and warm atmosphere. We left with the most beautiful memories and hope to return one day.

The staff is unbelievable. We asked them the littlest of a hand cream, for a late checkout, a paper cup. Everything was done within minutes. Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Renaissance itself is beautiful, clean. Every day was a very beautiful happy day. There are so many places to eat in walking distance and for shopping. Their private island is awesome. The boat ride is fun to get there.

Best amenity is access to the private island. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. There was a lot of little things that needed fixed around the hotel and in the room. Artwork hanging off crooked in the hallway, drywall patches in the bathroom, debris on the carpet in the hallway everyday. For the price during high season $800 per night with breakfast I do not find it worth it at all. For half the price it wouldn’t be as much as a problem. Do not expect a 4-star hotel experience. The staff all around was excellent, helpful and incredibly kind and attentive.

The resort / hotel was well kept and the staff was great & the boat to the private island was convenient (go early to secure a shaded hut / chairs). If I had to leave a few critiques or suggestions on improvements, I would say the pool area where we stayed was a bit small and the check in process / customer service was a bit slow. Also, if you wished to use the gym you had to go to their other resort across the road. Shops are very close and some very good restaurants were within walking distance (felt very safe).

Very nice stay here at the wind creek aruba. Everything was exceptional and we will be returning in the future.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The food was excellent and access to amenities at 3 locations was a nice perk! The flamingos on the island were very cool to see.
