Welcoming staff, clean room, shops nearby, good restaurants within walking distance, short drive to amazing local restaurants. Safe area. All amenities were great. Their private island has it all, from kayaking, snorkeling, food, good coffee, wild animal and the most amazing views...

Everything was perfect. When we checked out my bf paid the fees in cash. A couple days after we got back he saw they took out the same fees from his bank too with the card they had on file. It was difficult trying to get in touch with them to correct the error. That was the only issue. Everything was beautiful. We watched the NBA playoffs in the lobby. We didn't get a chance to try all the restaurants but loved all the shops. Flamingo beach was too cute. Definitely going back.

Very nice property…staff were friendly and the location is convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Aquarius buffet was delicious! We enjoyed the casino and private island. We didn’t like the fact the in-room bathroom had a barn door which caused a lack of privacy. The fact the adult resort was literally separated from the other property was inconvenient. There’s a lack of restaurants between the two. The adult property only has one pool. The daily resort fees, since we didn’t do the all inclusive, are outrageous. The lack of resort shuttle to anywhere caused additional expenses. Our room was across from the Zara building, and we heard nonstop construction.

Friendly Staff

Avoid using Expedia if you plan to book all-inclusive package at this resort! We did, and despite paying for it in advance, we were told upon arrival that it wasn’t included. After wasting an hour trying to resolve it with Expedia with no success, we had no choice but to pay a substantial amount at the resort. Staff confirmed this issue happens frequently with Expedia bookings. I understand the all-inclusive package itself may not be worth it if you plan to leave the resort, however we had intended to do most if not all of our meals and especially drinks at the resort. We stayed on the adults-only Marina side, which is advertised as “newly renovated,” but that was misleading. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, the sink didn’t drain properly, and housekeeping was inconsistent. There was also a recurring sulfur smell in our room that occurred often. The pool on the adults only side was nice but on the busy days you have to get there early if you want a lounger. The staff around the pool was attentive and replenished drinks when needed! We also booked our transportation to/from airport through Expedia and El Tours was the company that was contracted. They were 30 minutes late picking us up from our return back to the airport. While most of the staff, especially at the bar and pool, were great, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. Our stay was not worth what we ultimately paid and would not return to this resort.

My experience was great the staff was really nice and helpful and great amenities. The location was great. I wish that the housekeeping had cleaned the room better than they did.

Everything was Nice n Clean. The Staff help Us with knowledge of the Property And where the Excitement Was for the Night. They Also helped getting us there n back. I would Definitely Recommend this Property And I Will Definitely be returning 10/10

This place is a blast with amazing staff and our ocean view room of the pool and marina made it easy to feel like part of the night life if you open the door or quiet romantic vibes with it closed. The view inside of the infinity pool is where you could look over the ocean that turns from deep blue to aqua and lots of boats sailing by. Quiet, chill, romantic vibes during the day and djs and live singers at night light up the night. Be careful as it is slippery, and I busted my butt trying to dance salsa . Everyone was a good sport about it, and I got a round of applause for standing back up. Dance with caution around the pool deck . Lol ….Plenty of food , drinks, and high end and tourist shopping oppurtunities are available . We stayed on the all adult resort marnina side and although we had access to the ocean view side, we didn’t need it. We had the best time at the Casino. We had everything we needed right there. The best feature was a private boat that takes you out to flamingo and iguana Island. There is a kid side and an adult side. Fun is definitely to be had for everybody. You can take a cab or the bus to eagle Beach, Palm Beach, and as far ashari beach. I would say Eagle Beach was the prettiest one. It is only a 10 minute cab ride. My husband and I wished we would’ve had bikes so we could explore the whole island ourselves. It would definitely be worth the extra money. We will definitely be back. 17629282927/ 10 review

Amazing and breathtaking resort. However, the all inclusive option isn’t worth it. There is only certain menu and alcohol options that are available for all inclusive guest which should be discussed prior to booking all inclusive. But overall amazing and would visit again.

Beautifully maintained property with outstanding staff and amenities. Highly recommend a stay here when visiting Aruba!
