We recently stayed at Victoria Beachcomber as an Indian family with kids, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is amazing—massive, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location. The sunset views from the resort are simply breathtaking and were one of the highlights of our stay. We stayed in a ground-floor double room, which was very comfortable and offered lovely views with easy access to the beach, making it especially convenient for families. As vegetarians, we initially found the buffet options somewhat limited. However, Chef Iqbal went above and beyond to take special care of us throughout our stay. Every day, he lovingly prepared delicious Indian curries and fresh rotis, ensuring that we always had a satisfying meal. His hospitality and personal attention truly made a difference. The Kids Club was another standout feature. Our 8-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the games and activities organized by the team. The staff took excellent care of the children, keeping them engaged and entertained, which allowed the adults to relax and enjoy the resort. We also loved the complimentary water activities. The glass-bottom boat, paddle boat, and kayak were fantastic additions and added a lot of fun to our holiday. Every evening, the resort organized cultural dance performances showcasing local traditions and dance forms, followed by a DJ night. The staff is not very knowledgeable. The food was not good at all.

The location and the beach is fantastic. The hotel rooms will benefit from refurbishment. We had a great time overall. One advice, don’t book trips and experiences from the person that usually deals with that in the hotel. They are way too expensive.

From the moment of arrival we were warmly welcomed to the Victoria Beachcomber Hotel and Spa Resort. Our arrival was a few hours before the allotted check in but we were shown to a shower room to freshen up and given cool refreshments which was most welcomed. Introduction to the facilities was carried out succinctly with true professionalism. We were allowed to use the dining room for breakfast before checking in too. The staff have been professional friendly throughout. Entertainment varied from day to day. A great holiday location. Would highly recommend.

There's nothing to complain about

No hot water on the first day

Generally it was a very good experience. However it seemed that as a solo traveller I was sometimes overlooked I and my name was difficult to locate on various lists. I obviously had to wait until 1400 deadline for entry into my room but then I was further delayed -be it only slightly but once again some confusion. This isn’t ideal after a long flight and chaos through immigration.

Our stay was terrific, very relaxing atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. It would be great if their was more daytime activities for the adult only side and more entertainment options would put this resort over the top.

My favourite is the dining options. So many different varieties of meals you can eat at the one sitting for dinner and breakfast. Nothing I didn't like.

Beautifully designed luxury.

Wonderful resort for a quick family getaway. The food was excellent. The rooms were amazing. They all have beautiful views. Fun beach activities too.

Everything was close-by onsite. Most ocean activites were included; kayaks, snorkeling, glassbottom boat, etc. Buffet restaurant food was fine, but a bit repetitive. The seated restaurants were disspointing. Of the three, steak, fish and Italian, the latter was the best.

Nice hotel and lovely location. Enjoyed the spacious room with its lovely balcony. Great breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet good also. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Just a one night stay, wish we could have stayed longer. We loved all of it.

I liked almost everything specially the food and the staff. Didn’t like no water bottles on daily basis no iron & iron board in the room but at least it’s provided on request from housekeeping

Overall the stay was amazing as the facilities from the room, restaurants and beach activities were all very well serviced.

Absolutely amazing staff very attentive. Amazing facilities, daily entertainment during the day and at night awesome having the boat house and activities free. Would definitely recommend
