This was a stop overnight coming in at Kingston. Location fairly close to airport and in the heart of New Kingston. Restaurant well presented with great customers service. Ample parking available. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending.

Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Although breakfast is included and is a buffet, the service was very slow for coffee and water. The serving staff was pleasant but very slow service both in the restaurant and bar area downstairs. We chose S over AC as wedding guests and overall we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again.

My 5th stay in a month. The staff are all brilliant, so caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. My tv wouldn’t work no sooner had I rung the front desk and someone was knocking on my door to sort it out. Thank you S Hotel.

It’s very convenient if you’re doing business in the city . Very close proximity to supermarkets and fast food.

Wonderful hotel with nice rooftop bar and swimming pool. Very comfortable place to stay with lots of character and extremely clean. Staff were efficient and courteous.

I have always loved staying here when visiting Mingston , I lived the touch of Jamaica that used to be included. In this trip I was disappointed in Room service. Service had fallen sharply quality was also very dissatisfying. The spa- very disappointed- the service was great the ambience was disappointing. As a Jamaican I want to have the 5 star treatment but with a little Jamaican flavor.

Service is Excellent and the breakfast options were great. The rooms however are a little smaller than expected and they could do a better job at cleaning the room floors.
