Very nice foyer and friendly and helpful receptionists. Beautiful and spacious room, well equipped with everything from bathrobe, ironing board, minibar, and more. Also, separate shower and big bath tub, separate toilet - all very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff us amazing: very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All restaurants are excellent.

Everything was top notch. The staff extremely well trained, super friendly. The amenities were first class. The restaurants were excellent and great value.

I don’t know how it compares to other Quito hotels, but definitely doesn’t warrant the ‘JW’ branding. Helpful staff, good food, great gym but a tired, dated hotel in general

Excellent stay in Quito at JW Marriott. Check in was very efficient and our room for three was large and nicely appointed. The spa and fitness area was one of the best I’ve used in any hotel. Breakfast buffet excellent. All in all a very nice and relaxing stay.

I stayed for a few days on business and this was a grand stay. If you’re looking for a place that has a cast amount of dinner option and where you can get your shopping done. This is it. It is classy and staff is ready to jump in and help you. It’s the perfect place for high end business travelers. I had a great stay. Thank you

Healthy breakfast

The facility in total is exceptionally nice and inviting and open, and well laid out, the list goes on and on! The service by the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was the prefect place to start and end a trip to the Galapagos.
