Estuve el pasado fin de semana en el Hilton, viajé desde New York, hubieron algunas cositas q me incomodaron pero Josué supo ayudarme en el minuto, en el café Colón tienen muy buenos trabajadores a mi siempre me atendió Rolando se portó a la altura, en el área d la piscina Marlon y Wilson los mejores, espero volver y q hagan algunos cambios.

Convenient to airport.l, plus convenient airport shuttle. Adequate onsite amenities (restaurants, pool, shopping) to where you don’t need to leave the hotel. (We spent a layover night ing he way to/from Galápagos, so it was very convenient to us).

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean and there are always people around every day maintaining it in some way. The hotel isn’t renovated though. You can tell it used to be really nice and then it just got older with time. We liked the pool a lot. It was nice and big. The breakfast buffet is good, but it’s really really expensive. It’s definitely not worth what they’re charging, however the alternative (Sal y Pimenta) is very bad. Also over priced with less variety. If I were to do it again, I would probably pre-pay for the breakfast with when I reserved the room because that’s the cheaper option. All that said we would stay here again if we visit Guayaquil. The free shuttle to and from the airport was fantastic.

Me he quedado prácticamente en todos los hoteles 5 estrellas de Guayaquil y puedo decir que este hotel es de largo el mejor y de hecho me arrepiento no haberlo hecho antes. No entiendo por que no tiene una calificación superior . Tiene varios restaurantes buenos, la piscina es espectacular, tiene un gimnasio sumamente bien equipado, el lounge ejecutivo es excelente, si se toma en el piso ejecutivo tiene un desayuno bastante bueno y el happy hour es genial en el piso 9. Las habitaciones son super espaciosas, de verdad el mejor hotel de Guayaquil de largo.

It was perfect the staff was bilingual...came for my niece's 13th birthday....it was unbelievable.

You are not allowed to park in front to take you bags out, the front door parking ONLY FO HOTEL’s shuttles, very stupid and they actually asked you to park down the hill. Horrible front door service, people are very rude not well trained or educated.

Thank you once again! The breakfast was outstanding—so much variety, easily one of the best buffets in town. We also really appreciated the late checkout at no extra charge. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and sauna, all of which were clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive, cordial, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, a super clean and well-kept hotel. Thank you!
