Incredible report with the kindest staff

Staff at La Toc were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Sandals is definitely geared toward a younger generation but was not bad all around. There are some additional “hidden fees” but nothing too crazy. If you get car sick, take dramamine for the ride from airport, roads are narrow and very curvy.

The property was nice. However, the entertainment during the day needs improvement and the food. The meat for breakfast was majority pork and everyone does not eat pork the omelets was not good nor was the hash brown which was surprising.

Overall our experience was excellent, although we did have to ease into it. When we arrived there was a big party leaving and so our arrival was almost unacknowledged and we were also slightly disappointed to learn that due to 100% occupancy not all of our restaurant choices were possible for dinner during our stay. Credit to Sandals because their customer care team were able to get us into the Piton Restaurant on our final night, despite us being told it was fully booked. That said, we did have excellent food and service in all of the other places where we ate, including the mainly buffet Pavillion Restaurant. The beach and outside facilities are fabulous and were always spotless, with more than enough friendly staff around to help out. Our room was excellent too and when the a/c developed a slight leak it was attended to the same day. One thing which might frustrate some holidaymakers is the dawn sunlounger run. Those affluent guests with "butler" had them bagging beds as early as 5.30 in the morning and by 7.00 am there was never anything available by the main pool; even though everyone was either back in bed or getting ready for breakfast & the bar didn't open until 10.00. When you spend so much money on the experience it is pretty poor that this ellement isn't better controlled and it will alienate some people. We went to the other resorts at Halcyon & The Grande but preferred La Toc and the interresort shuttles were good. The airport transfer was also excellent.

Perfect honeymoon spot

The most friendly people you will ever meet. Engaging, helpful and pleasant. Kizzy never forgot my tea each morning at breakfast. Jacentha, the director of guest services was always close at hand and willing to address any issue, however small they may be! The entertainment was amazing every evening. Fun vacation!

Rundown buildings

the entire stay was beatifuil. Nothing bad about the stay.

Mum and I had a wonderful trip. The food was excellent, diving amazing. Bed is super comfy and huge. All the staff go above and beyond. Would highly recommended

Nice garden rooms, staff is friendly, pool is fine. Drinks were weak!!to get around the resort you have to take a shuttle they do not run regularly, they need designated shuttle stops. If your going with other family/friends, make sure you stay in the same area of the resort.

Everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The room was kept clean multiple times throughout the day. The spa was amazing. The staff was spectacular. I gave it an 11/10 for my first experience with Sandals.

Relaxing quietness of the entire resort although getting around without the butler service ( transport driver) was challenging

The beach was beautiful in the property. It was a little outdated in the staff at breakfast always seem to feel like we were annoying them. All in all we had a fantastic time, but were disappointed by certain little things. The biggest was we paid $6000 for an all inclusive vacation and they not offer room service. It was still a great vacation, but we have had better.

The service was amazing. Food was great. Everyone here really has such great attitudes. The beach was beautiful and kept clean! I cant say more wonderful things about our stay here. Cant wait to come back one day (hopefully soon!!)
