We had no microwave, the housekeeping would come in our room when we not there nor ordered service. The showers had hard water stains nd calcium build up on sink nd shower 😒 it was a time i enjoyed everything but wouldn’t stay here due to attitudes, nd cleanliness.

The people at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. Security was especially rude. Housekeeping was very good. Decent room, the beds were OK, great ocean view. The swimming pool was nice but only open until 7 PM. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good, but not always well stocked. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Other than a very polite staff, everything in this hotel needs updating or replacing. Had to change room 3 times to get one with working AC. Toilet didn’t work in all 3 rooms. Had to be snaked to flush. Shower head rusted and had to be replaced. Phone didn’t work. One elevator broken. Prostitutes walking the streets behind hotel and adjacent night club blasting music well into the am hours. Only reason I didn’t leave was that I would not get a refund. Felt sorry for all the happy families I saw checking in that would soon be very disappointed.

It’s good I guess they were under maintenance and wifi and phone counters not working People were great 👍 Resturent is not working few days of week and you need a car to get the food

It’s the conditions

Continuously issues with getting a invoice at checkout. The previous stay the hotel told me that they will not provided me a copy that Expedia has to provide it and in Expedia it clearly states i have to get it at checkout. Today they said they cant provided an invoice that they would email it, however i have been told that as well and never got it. I have to have hard copies for my business travel.

Personal that received me on arrival wasn't pleasant and communicative. Just asked my name and handed out the key in a hurry. Need to be more attentive to clients and give out information upon arrival.

No microwave

beautiful location. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel sows its age with furnishings. The furniture has seen better days and is worn.

I feel this hotel needs to be updated, it was an inconvenience that there were hardly any place to charge your phone or any other item. The iron was horrible could barely stay hot unless you put water but then all the water leaks on your clothes then the iron in my room was broken at the tip so when I’m trying to press my clothes it also rips my clothes so I have a few damage outfits. The restaurant doesn’t open late the key card kept on not working that I had to get a new one twice. I wasn’t happy there.

Never really liked the stay .. room was cleanish .. the internet never worked .. the walls seem extra thin cause the room next door was so loud .. girl at front desk wasn’t so welcoming

Great staff, very clean needs microwave in rooms

Windward passage to hell is more like it . Water was brownish/yellow even after running the shower for 15-20 as instructed. I placed a white wash cloth under the water and it turned yellow. We asked for a different room and same yellowish brown water. The AC was a joke!! On the lowest(cool) setting, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The outlets were few and there was a bar keeping the balcony door in place. The location was good because it’s walkable to the town and some other areas. Save yourself and sleep elsewhere !! This place should be ran as a motel, no more than $60 a night.

Walkable from ferry port and to downtown.

Place is wonderful as always. Need to have better tv channels
