This is a fantastic property for families or people looking for a quieter place without partying and a staff that offers a personalized, nice touch.

Great spot

Very nice resort.. Unit was musty smelling and no TV service only prime video and apps but not YouTube tv. Old sound system that is unusable. Also couldn’t change the volume on the tv in the living room. But great view and beach is awesome.

We stayed in their ocean front luxury suite which was really nice. The suite was kept clean, nicely decorated, spacious with a balcony and with great views of the beach/ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and professional.

It’s a beautiful setting the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Our room was as pictured-we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and taking walks and snorkeling. Close enough to restaurants

My husband and I stayed at West Bay Club for our babymoon, and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience—especially the front desk staff. There was one amazing woman working during our entire stay (5/15–5/18) who truly made a lasting impression. On the day we were leaving, she said the kindest, most heartfelt things to me about the baby we’re expecting. Her words were so genuine and uplifting, I actually cried tears of joy. It was such a special moment—she felt like an angel sent just when I needed her most. She absolutely deserves recognition and, honestly, a raise. Her warmth and kindness turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you, West Bay Club, for making our babymoon so memorable. We can’t wait to return—next time as a family of three!

All the staff are nice, the grounds are beautiful, the room was clean and the food was good! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice and peaceful stay. Our bed was broken tho & the staff takes forever to do anything. Friday and Saturday nights would be nice to have entertainment

Staff at the front desk was not friendly or particularly helpful. Very different than the other hospitality we enjoyed on the rest of the island. And the food was not great and very limited.

I came here with my mom for a mother daughter trip. This hotel was one of the best we’ve stayed at at Turks. It was quiet and clean and the beach was to die for. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. The staff were amazing and were always available to help. They were friendly and funny ! We rented a car so we were able to go to various restaurants. Will be back again and staying here. Rochelle was amazing. Thanks West Bay Club !

Enjoyed our stay. Food was excellent. We ate there for dinner 3 times. Our stay was 6 days and it was quiet very few kids.
