Caring staff when you’re leaving at 5 am for an international flight!

The AC in my room was not working, and after several hours of discomfort, I was moved twice. Eventually, I went downstairs and asked to check out, but I was told I couldn’t because the reservation was made through Hotels.com. I then contacted my credit card company and am currently awaiting a refund.

I loved my stay at Accra City Hotel. The staff were always ready to help and always friendly. I really enjoyed the tennis court and pool.

It's a generally nice hotel; however - a work in progress. I was in a newer room but the aircon had stuffed tissues in the vents and the sink was largely blocked. Nice shower and otherwise generally clean. Poor breakfast choices for Western taste.

Property is good but service is not up to mark. Front desk staff isn’t trained to address basic queries, calls to room service go unanswered and so on.

Each time I stay there the hotel and staff seem to out perform themselves.

Love it… and buffet was ok too

this was the first time traveling to Ghana and the hotel was just what I should have expected if traveling abroad.

Lovely hotel at reasonable prices. The staff was professional, accommodating & pleasant. The rooms were recently updated. The bathrooms were remodeled. The hotel is located in the business district, so you can walk to the National museum, Makola market and the Art Centre.

Curteous staff, cleanliness of hotal and excellent food. Choices!
