The room and staff top notch I did get what i think was bad food on Friday spent all night Friday and all day sat in bed w a bad tummy Other than that an amazing property

Everything was perfect

The room Hotels.com provided to me did not match the one they advertised and showed on their web page when I made (AND paid) for the reservation. It was 15% smaller and did not have all the amenities listed. This may seem like a minor deal, but not when you have rented a 2 bedroom condo and have 4 family members staying there (and you've made full payment up front).

The resort and pool was amazing! Loved it! Didn’t love that people can reserve chairs and hold chairs often all day without people being there. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and beach area was beautiful!

The entire trip was fantastic! Excellent room and great resort location. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely perfect place to stay! Loved gge staff, the food, the drinks, the room, and the pools!

Room clean and housekeeping very good. Breakfast has been very good with a descent variety and changes to the menu daily. Resort grounds very good as well.

Staff, breakfast, grounds, location all great. The room itself is very dated, like 1990’s dated. Otherwise, was clean and quiet.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Also, the beach and pool were amazing.

Fabulous location with the best beach at your doorstep. Wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff. Food was delicious with plenty of options, buffet breakfast was all you would need. Rooms were well maintained, grounds and property were gorgeous.

Clean, though a bit dated room. Staff pleasant. Breakfast buffet very good. Did see a child unattended dipping finger into the jam bowl.. Room 903 was not one we'd want again. It's dark but leaving balcony curtain open meant people on reception patio had a direct view into our room. Also our view was of reception drop off and delivery area. Both vans and trucks left vehicles running so the smell of diesel fuel meant we couldn't use balcony when they were there.

The resort is beautiful and the breakfast is phenomenal. The room was very comfortable and has many near by options for dinners.

All the staff is very friendly and willing to assist if they can. We were in unit 1301 which was a great location for us. Only negative was the limited kitchen cookware, glasses, utensils provided. Reception was able to find us a fry pan. The pots were a little large and there was only wine glasses, no regular water glasses. We made do... not a really big deal. The king bed, as well as the couch and loveseat were firm, which suited us.

Great resort!

Great staff, very personable and remembered our names which we were impressed by. Breakfast was impressive and changed daily. A few minor misses- hot chocolate in the coffee room/library was not restocked for our full stay, rooms needed more shampoo/conditioner (only 1 teeny bottle for a whole family), pool was never really completely clean. Our main disappointment was that our 5 day stay was cut short by 2 full days due to flight cancellations by airlines. We contacted Hotel immediately when they pulled us off our plane to let them know we would be late arriving. After repeated requests, they refused to refund or compensate us for something outside our control because it booking had no refunds. We understand this from the hotels perspective, but there was no understanding from the hotel. We simply wanted resort credit so we could stay longer since we didn't get to use our full reservation but they wouldn't consider it. They could have offered all inclusive upgrade for the remaining 3 days to soften the sting but they didn't do that either. This would have gone a long way with good customer service and likely a return visit for a future vacation. We had the breakfast package, not all inclusive.
