Great place

Kudos to the staff at Novo! Our first night was awful...The furthest room away on the third floor, old and run down looking and an a/c that didn't work. We head already contacted Expedia to get out of week long booking when the staff upgraded us the next day to a suite at no extra fee. Overall, the staff did a great job meeting our needs. They have a laundry facility on site, which is very helpful. The breakfast was terrific! Something a little different everyday and good service from the servers. There's a nice pool and lots of beautiful vegetation! The parking can be a little iffy but we were able to find a spot every night. It's close to El Salvador del Mundo so it's easy to walk to and there are several restaurants nearby to choose from. Overall, the staff really did a lot to give us a comfo

You are in a hotel in El Salvador City, but you forget about it. Everything looks so natural. At the swimming pool you can't see any building. So quiet. It's a 15min to the center town. So nice.

Es muy bonito hotel lo recomiendo al 100% esta limpio la camas son muy cómodas. el restaurante tiene muy buena comida y todas las personas son amables y dispuesto ayudarte no importa la hora. El lugar sin ruidos puedes dormir bien.La pacina muy limpia.Volveria a hospedar sin pensarlo.

Yes the rooms need some updating, but I was very happy with my stay. Good location, friendly staff and affordable.

Only thing bathroom extremely small for a 4 ppl guest room also cleanliness needs to be better The bathroom exhaust fan needs to be clean

Was only there for 3 days was hardly in the room but slept well at night.

My family and I stayed at this property for 6 days. It’s very affordable option. Very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly. We really recommend this hotel. They have a very nice garden with a pool. They also have a restaurant poolside. They also have a washer and dryer. Overall this place is fantastic and affordable.

All the staff was super friendly, and it was cool to swim in the pool althought its not deep. It's still a good place just to dip in the water and refresh. The food was also decent. Daniela was very nice as well as the other staff 👍
