Clean rooms. Excellent staff and we had several very good meals. Good snorkeling on the beach. Good fro is and munchies.

Beds were clean, but the hardest mattress I’ve ever come across. Table hard. Over all the property is tired. The door jams are too wide, I was able to shimmy our room door open with my drivers license. Restaurant was meh.

The room was clean and spacious. Has an iron board but no iron, guess you can ask for. Lady on reception was very nice. Staff on restaurant and food are great with lovely view. Internet sometimes goes a bit lower but did the job. Tv is good aircon good. For the price point it is a great stay.

It is an old hotel but they keep it clean and well maintain. We had our own chef for breakfast and dinner. We had our own private beach. Best vacation ever.

I had a lovely stay. Overlooked the Dolphin Discovery. The only let down is no options to buy light snacks with the supermarket 20 mins walk away. A little shop or vending machine with some biscuits, chocolate, crisps etc would be great to get Guests through to the morning.

Beautiful view, not enough activity on site

There was a big roach on the counter top, the amenities were outdated, might as well sleep on the floor due to the hardness of the bed. The lobby smells like paint, sliding door cannot lock and also they rarely clean the rooms.. such a horrible experience.

There was nothing at all that i liked about the room. I did not get the room I booked/ the room that was advertised. The room was very old had a few roaches and the door was broken. Tried calling front desk around 3am which they said was 24/7 and no respond. As a travel agent i would never recommend this hotel to any of my clients

The property is located in an awesome area with a great view! But they need a lot of work done n change of staff to get my money again! Imagine asking for 2 spoons of sugar n get told NO WE DONT GIVE SUGAR N NOR DO WE HAVE A PRICE TO SELL IT TO YOU! … I’m disgusted

The property is pretty run down. there were some sort of animal or insect droppings in the bathroom on the counter. And at the end of the season, the restaurant was out of most menu items, including fruit. Mango trees all around and no fruit to be had. I paid $17 for scrambled eggs. Disappointing.

The location/view was great; ocean front and within walking distance (1.8 miles) to the cruise ship port/shopping/dining. Plenty of taxis if you don't want to walk. The property hasn't been maintained. Since COVID some amenities not available (beach access, beach restaurant & bar). The staff was SO nice and helpful. For the $$, it was perfect.

The housekeeping service is very bad, the woman's knocked the room door to provide service at 7 am

Upon arrive I had to wait an hour to check in . Checked into 601 once I was in my room my sheet were dirty towels were hard torn and bleached . The beds were hard as rocks so hard I couldn’t sleep on them. I only received sheets on my bed. Wi-Fi did not work . Everytime I went to purchase food the staff stated none was available. Tried to swim in the pool it was dirty every day filled with bugs. At night when I tried to sleep in the room it would fill with mosquitoes and I always woke up with bites. My patio has office furniture on it. And during the day the men repairing the building I was in were using drills loudly while I was trying to sleep. I need a refund . I would not ever recommend this place to anyone ! I need a refund
