Excelente estadia

This hotel is great. location is perfect and the most important the room is well maintained, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful breakfast and great food for dinner. Very friendly staff.

I enjoy staying here when I can, but they are currently renovating the breakfast dining room. This meant using a smaller restaurant and the buffet area was a bit cramped. Half of the hot items were cold, not just luke warm which was disappointing. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Great location, great breakfast

This is a great hotel for business or pleasure, located perfectly in Quito's business district. It not only gives great service it provides excellent value for money, with lots of amenities.

Everything was perfect and staff and location could not be better. One of the very best hotels in the city close to everything. No car needed!

Our hotel room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Only complaint was that I didn’t like the big hard pillows!

Shower head not the right one. Also the breakfast menu

The showers, difficult to take a shower do to the head of the shower is on the top not able to move.

The room and breakfast was super nice. The only negative side was that the pool was located in a fitness plaza, so in that way the pool is not family friendly due to no space with the people swimming for exercise

No hot tub in the. Did not use the laundry service.

Comfortable and Convienent

Everything was good, except smelly hot tub next to the swimming pool. The pool was to be closed 3 days later for a month of maintenance. Buffet breakfast excellent. Restaurant meal was good in the evening. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds. Coffee pod machines did not work, but they were happy to give us a kettle.

I got a suite and it was clean but very dated. Breakfast was outstanding.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were lovely. The food was fantastic and the location was perfect.
