The hotel is close to the bars and clubs where there is far too much noise at night (at least on the weekend). The staff kindly moved my room, which improved the noise situation, but I would avoid staying here on the weekend.

Excellent location in the city centre close to restaurants and bars. The park close to the national stadium is worth a visit. Food and drink prices are very reasonable.

Central hotel. Close to everything. Breakfast was nice but the hot food should be kept hot. All the food are opened with a blow fly flying around the first day. Too much cold meats.

We liked the location, it was central and accessible to everything we needed. The location of the hotel is on a street that is walkable only so there is only walking traffic. It is also very close to a car accessible street (1-2 minute walk) if you require a taxi or a driver. There are a number of restaurants in the street so you do not need to go far for a coffee or meal. There is are a couple of bakeries and markets just a five minute walk away around the corner. Several stores for shopping and cultural spots to enjoy. It was so nice to see so many families out walking in the evening. We opted for the hotel and airfare package and were very pleased. The hosts at the hotel were very gracious and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

This was an ok hotel. I am not sure how it is 4 star status hotel. The gym is closed, the rooms on the higher floors are small and do not look like the pictures (with renovations being done), but the air conditioner worked well. The staff were nice enough. It was convenient to downtown, walking in the parks and close to restaurants.

The room was good. 2 kids had to sleep on the sofa and it was a bit tight but not terrible. The television didn't work but we weren't there to watch television. Construction was going on in the room next door so during the day it was very loud. We weren't in the room all day but did come back to rest in the middle of the day and that wasn't possible with all the noise. The reception gave good information and was helpful. The breakfast had so many options and the woman attendant was fabulous and kind.

Very close to restaurants and bars

The location was great and the staff was friendly but the room was very worn. There were tears in the drapes, rips in the wallpaper, the tv didn’t work, the blanket in the closet was just thrown in, not even folded. Not impressed.

Nice spa hotel for a couple of nights. Location is excellent in the middle of all the bars and restaurants inclluding the Hard Rock Cafe just 2 minutes away. Nice functional rooms, clean, heating, air con. No kettle or tea or coffee though. Our tv dudnt work but not worried anout that as had tablet. Good WiFi. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice, enough for us. Spa was lovely, 2 hours at Euro10 each. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna and more. Nice for a bit of relaxation. Overall for the pride paid, decent comfortable hotel and located excellently. Recommend.

Paid extra for premium suite. One window latch was missing. Wind gusts 100kh. Old plumbing that smelled like sewage if you didn't pour water to flush down a drain pipe every day. Shower was patched with white duct tape. Many amenities that are common are pay (10 euro for 2 hours in pool). The front facing room are SUPER loud at night from 10pm-3am. Breakfast is lackluster and service is hit or miss. Ana was wonderful. Blonde lady during breakfast was very kind and helpful. Dark haired woman not my favorite.

This is a lovely hotel, a great location and clean. I was able to walk from the train station and find plenty of restaurants to have dinner at nearby along with seeing some sites nearby. I spent time in the spa which is lovely and affordable. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It is a really nice modern hotel (with a spa) in an excellent central location.

Very noisy due to location. Rooms are huge, but dated. The bathroom looks a bit like a hospital. Shower plate didn't drain well, no hot water sometimes. The gym is just a basement full of dusty old equipment, not really usable. The spa is modern and nice. Just be aware it's not included, you have to pay 10€ to use. Breakfast is ok although the fruits were not fresh at all. Reception staff very helpful and organised transport to airport.

Excellent service from all of the people working there. The spa experience was nice, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely return.

Location is good though hard to find at first. Parking is very difficult but the staff is helpful and they were really nice. The gym needs some work but meh, it does the job.

Very disappointed.. the room I was put in I think used to be a storage room ! Tiny windows looking onto what seemed a scrap heap .. tv Ariel ripped out back of tv and a very poor attempt at a repair .. socket hanging off the wall
