This is the best hotel in Manta by far. I'd you can, rent one of their bungalows, more privacy and private pool. Hotel and staff were amazing. I wouldn't stay any else and I'm picky.

For the cost I paid, I expect a hotel of this stature to be nearly perfect. The furniture in the bedroom was in need of a lot of repair and painting. There is no menu at the pool and you don’t know how much the drinks cost and getting service at the pool is difficult. I expect more from a 5-star property at this level and at this cost. The hotel feels run down and getting old and is not being modernized for the rates it expects to be paid.

Clean well appointed rooms, wonderful amenities- pool area, friendly staff and delicious buffet breakfast.

The facility was very clean and offered a very nice breakfast that was included in the overnight stay. The pool was very nice and resort overall was clean. I would have to recommend they keep up with the bedrooms as the paint was chipping and perhaps needed some updating as well as maintenance. Book ahead for a massage because the therapists aren’t always there and they canceled on me last minute otherwise highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Everything. Great room, bed, people, location. Just a great place.

Liliana at the front desk was so informative and helpful with all my questions. Diego make sure my room was spotless clean. Overall the stay and service was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

Great clean room. Check in staff very friendly and courteous. Bell boy brought luggage to room. Room service was great and chocolate covered strawberries with bowl of assorted nuts was just perfect. Breakfast was included and was out of this world with variety and quality!!! This is my second time staying here and would definitely be coming back
