I didn't like for breakfast didn't have sweets and bananas. The option for the fruits were the same every day. Pineapple, watermelon and cantaloupe Rooms are ok. The safety for the hotel was good. The front desk staff were very friendly. The staff.

I stayed there before.. the people there are so friendly.. / unfortunately like everything else in El Salvador… not enough room to park..

Other guests had loud music and just noisy, children crying and running down the hallway well past midnight.

The staff was great; friendly, courteous and willing to help with anything. The have an in-house restaurant, the food was great, nice pool and a gym if you like to workout. I will stay again at this hotel if I was to return.

A/C was very loud

Bed was small for 2 people. Bathroom toilet not working. No hot water for shower.

Need to improve on front desk staff.

Nice clean and very quiet

The stay was good and the staff very friendly; however, the hotel needs to improve their check in policy. We arrived around 10:00pm, the internet was down, so no payment by credit card was possible, only cash. We didn’t have much cash on us and were forced to pay the fist night up front in cash ( basically because where else could we find lodge at the time of the night?). There was no way they allowed us to stay and pay the next day as most hotels do ( despite the fact that they had my credit card on file). That was very stressing! I will think twice about staying here again.

We get to eat but they didn’t have coffee and security didn’t want to let me in cuz parking lot was full security don’t check if you are a guess or visitor.
