I booked this property because the pictures showed a sandy beach where my kids could play and swim. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the beach turned out to be rocky, with no sand and not suitable for swimming. After multiple complaints and emails with both the property and Hotels.com, we decided it was best to leave. Eventually, we were able to reach an agreement regarding the remaining days of our stay. The property itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the essentials. However, we experienced frequent noise from other guests slamming doors, which was difficult to manage as we had an infant with us. On the positive side, the concierge team was extremely supportive, and we truly appreciated their assistance. Overall, it’s a nice property, but not ideal if your main purpose is to enjoy the beach

We enjoyed the lovely ocean views, a clean and inviting pool, and beautiful gardens. However, our apartment fell short of our expectations. The unit we were allocated was not depicted in any of the photos, the furniture was worn and disappointingly different. To make matters worse, there was a terrible smell emanating from the drains in the shower and kitchen. The kitchen itself was unclean, with utensils still covered in old food and no toaster or working salt mill. The linen and towels were aged, and the mattress protector kept unhooking during the night. We booked for an 8-night stay and were served the same “rationed for 3” breakfast every morning. It would have been appreciated if they could have offered some variety, especially considering the length of our stay. The staff overall was friendly, and the cleaning lady was willing to assist with some ironing, which we much appreciated.

The staff was accommodating, location was nice. Cleanliness was not at par and there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom which was eventually partially remidiated by staff.

Unbelievable value for money, perfect setting. Many restaurants close by, ideal for family - exceptional good wifi for my work stay.

Very spacious apartment with fabulous views, got the wow factor when we walked in but then started to see a few negatives like stained curtains & cushions plus our apartment had patio furniture as lounge furniture whereas the others had proper lounge sofas? Staff all pleasant, everything you need is there. Not much around so ok for a short stay or a hire car a must. Great beaches not far away. Not really a place for families, suits couples.

The apartment was great. I stayed in Flat A1, which is a 2 BHK unit and is sea facing and on ground floor. Overall the place is great, and has few shops nearby to get very basic stuff for daily needs and a big store around 1KM (you can take a bus or walk) and get the stuff for your kitchen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You only get to meet few housekeeping guys and the building Manager. There is no reception and after 5.00 pm, its only the security guard who is available, you if you plan accordingly, then everything is fine.

Very good apartment

We had a lovely 2 bed ground floor large apartment with excellent facilities. The view from the apartment to the swimming pool and out to sea was stunning. The apartment complex had security on the front gate and very friendly & helpful staff. Facilities in the apartment were very good. The apartment is in a very quiet location and about 1 mile to the centre of Trou aux Biches for restaurants, supermarket etc.

Was informed the management cannot fulfill my booking a day before (only when I ask for contact number) due to some technical issue, although I conviniently heard it was overbooked. Moved me to another villa, about 10-15km further north, which is far from places I wanted to go. The air Cond in the second room wasn't working and blowing hot air whole night, leading to another letdown. Other than that, the villa condition is well maintain.

L'appartement était grand, propre et fonctionnel. La vie était superbe et le service très bien. Le bémol, il n'y a pas de quoi faire ses courses, pas de magasin proche, mais il y a un resto snack juste en face très bien

Eine Unterkunft wie man sie nur sehr selten findet. Großes, komfortables Apartment in dem nichts gefehlt hat. Ein Service, der auf alle Wünsche eingegangen ist. Ein sehr gut gepflegter Pool. Direkt vor der Anlage eine gute Küche. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Séjour très agréable. Le salon et une chambre a de grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur la mer. Le concierge Soobug est très sympa, surtout demandez-lui sa recette de la vinaigrette pour le petit-déjeuner qui est délicieuse :-)

Ankom til Bel Azur hvor rengøringen var i fuld gang, selvom vi var fortalt at lejligheden var klar kl 12. Ærgerligt personalet ikke får tid til at færdiggøre ordenligt. Køkkenet blev ikke helt rengjort og efterlod pommes frites på gulv og overflader beskidt, selvom vi sagde vi gerne ville vente så vi kunne få alt rigtig rengjort. Så vi tog selv en omgang med rengøring på alle flader, før indflytning. Lejligheden bærer præg af at være slidt og møbler dækket med tæpper for at skjule slidte hynder, afslag af maling på skabe/hylder og komfur i køkken helt færdigt og kunne kun benyttes ved særlig betjening - nyt komfur skulle være bestilt - men blev ikke leveret, mens vi var der. Sengen i dobbeltværelse hård og ikke komfortabel. Sengetøj passede ikke madras og havde flere pletter fra slid og lignende. Badeværelse ved andet værelse var ildelugtende - selvom vi havde vindue åben konstant. Glas var en blandet samblanding - fx var der 4-5 forskellige glastyper til vin. Opvaskemaskine manglede afspænding og salt. Men vi nød udsigt fra terrassen over havet fra morgen til aften, poolområdet fint og velholdet have. En nattevagt satte sig hver nat på solsengen i længere tid og så på ipad/telefon med høj lyd, som vækkede os hver nat. Forsøgte at kalde ham op, uden at vække alle - men uden held.
