Serene environment coupled with great customer service. Clean washrooms, spacious rooms, open wifi, gym among other modern facilities that this place has to offer. Not forgetting the food-local dishes are great. Spacious gardens and several conference halls for trainings and meetings.

I was here two days ago. They scam tourists! Not recommending this hotel if you are a tourist. They charged me an extra 5k for packing my food, without telling me that there’s a fee for that. They also charged me 15k for using the pool while local people only paid 10k. They will scam you in anyway they can even though it looks like a good hotel with a good costumer service and management but it really isn’t.
